Jaffe Properties

I am the head of a local mansion block's RTM company and I could not recommend Jaffe more highly. They are a breath of fresh air after we struggled for years with other Agents. Jaffe have proven themselves to be both dedicated and highly professional - they provide excellent management and top-quality customer service, all at a competitive rate. We could not be happier with our choice.

Finding good Managing agents can be troubling at the best of times
Having been my agents on multiple properties for 8 years now. I would confidently recommend these guys, they are trustworthy, honest, knowledgable and reasonably priced, with a raft of good tradespeople behind them. All attributes hard to find under one roof in this industry

This is the best letting agency I've worked with in London. Being a smaller and NW-focused group, they are beyond professional and lovely. When I was looking for a flat, Amy let me take my time during the viewing, meeting me at the door and not pressuring me in the slightest, but rather asking genuine questions about my flat search and myself. And caring about the answers! Couldn't be different from other pushy letting agencies. Courtney and Darryl have also been kind, prompt and professional.

Jaffe were excellent throughout the entire moving process, making it all very efficient. Amy in particular has been very helpful from start to finish, responding to questions quickly and handling the move in process very effectively.

Looking for flats in London is hard and Jaffe Properties absolutely delivered a great two bedroom place for my friend and I. After looking for weeks, Courtney contacted us to arrange a viewing and within 48 hours our offer had been accepted. She was very efficient, easy and helpful throughout the whole process. Organising the move in with Sandra was also just as simple and reassuring that we now have a great place. Highly recommend their services.

This agency has a lot of 5 star reviews, but don't let this fool you: it deserves even more! If I could, I would write 10 reviews to this agency! =)
We got in touch with Courtney for a viewing and my wife went to the viewing by herself. When she called me to tell me about it, she said the agent was great: answering questions and not rushing or trying to convince her of anything. She was also paying attention to comments when asking if work could be done before we could move-in.
After making an offer Courtney was really supportive so we could get it approved. She went the extra-mile when getting references as well, as I'm Director of my own company. I can feel she was really empathetic, not only thinking on doing the deal and getting a commission (as many agents do, even driving you around town) but genuinely helping you finding a place where you'll actually LIVE for the next few years.

And it's about to get better: after the offer was accepted we asked Courtney if I could visit the flat (as just my wife had done so). She promptly contacted the tenants to arrange it and came to the flat to show us around again - even though the deal was done. She really didn't have to. Although this shows us how professional, empathetic and considerate she is.

We added on the offer a few works we wished to have done before moving in. One thing, for example, was getting new bins to look a bit cleaner and organised. A few days later (before moving) the bins were outside. They didn't manage to do one of the requests in time, but luckily we had a trip scheduled a week after moving, so they managed to change the carpets while we were away. We came back home to a different and even nicer flat. =)

Sandra, on the maintenance team, was also aways very attentive to our questions and needs. She is quick to resolve any matter. For example, our extractor fan was loud and not looking as if it was working. She sent someone to look and fix it, quick and easy. Any issue (they were all minor!) were treated seriously and considerately.

These days agencies are quick to show you flats and almost try and convince that the place is nice. We went to other agencies that went way over our budget or tried to show places nothing to do with the areas we asked. With Courtney it is different: she understands we will make this place a home and gave us time and space to think about it and helped wherever she could to make it just perfect.

They are responsive and considerate. I honestly wish everyone in London would have the luck we had with Jaffe Properties, Courtney and Sandra.

I have never had a good experience with estate agents but Jaffe properties have been absolutely amazing so far. Courtney has been amazingly responsive and helpful and went the extra mile so that we could view a property at short notice. It’s been a really easy and smooth process and Jaffe are just always on hand if needed and always get back to you promptly. We also had such a lovely ‘moving in’ welcome hamper which Courtney dropped round when we moved in to our flat which was such a nice touch (and also quite helpful). Would 100% recommend Jaffe!

Great experience with Jaffe Properties. Courtney went above and beyond to be helpful during the viewing and move in process and made everything really quick and easy. Everything was done very fast and totally smoothly. Darryl also opened the office early for me to be able to collect my keys at my convenience. Really impressed with the whole team, so friendly and efficient.

As a landlord, Jaffe Properties are by far the best agent in the area that I have ever used. Empty periods are minimised, tenant change-overs occur with minimum disrupton to myself and the ongoing management process is very efficiently organised. Their pricing is also highly competitive As a result, I would highly recommend the team and the services they offer to other landlords in the area.

I dealt with Courtney after our house was badly damaged in a flood so we had to move quickly. She was efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with and as a result I would highly recommend Jaffe.
