I would like to highly recommend the whole team of the Manor Health Centre for the care, medical expertise, kind attention they have
always shown to me and my husband but particularly in the last few months after my lung cancer surgery when Dr Duffield and the whole nursing team treated me repeatedly for post surgery complications. Many, many thanks to the Dream Team!

I have been a patient with Clapham Manor Health Centre for 39 years and always experience professional, friendly, warm outstanding services from the front of house Reception Staff, Practice Nurses, Dr Santamaria and Dr Smith who tend to listen to your ailments before writing out a prescription or giving you valuable advice.

I have never had to wait prolonged periods of time to get an appointment and when l am at the appointment the patient waiting is very reduced in fact l think the longest l have ever wait is 10 mins which is extremely excellent in my opinion. I would highly recommend Clapham Manor Health Centre to new patients and their families.

This has been my doctor's practice for 28 years. It's truly wonderful. I have no idea how hey keep such an amazing professional service going in light of lack of funding and the massive numbers they must have coming through their doors.

My partner and I have had two midwife appointments of which the team are lovely and our experiences have been so helpful for us. However, we had such a bad experience with the receiptionist at the leftmost section today. My partner asked for a cup of water and he was so rude to her I could not believe what I was hearing. Upon asking where to find a cup he flung his hand up in the air without saying anything. When she obviously did not understand he impatiently said "Hello?" with a tone pointing to it more accurately. When saying thanks and goodbye he just ignored her. I realise this is free healthcare and the NHS has some struggles with workload but maybe some consideration for communicating with people at a basic level might not go amiss..

I was a patient here for 1.5 years and grew very fed up with the persistently rude staff that I moved GPs. The nurses and doctors are lovely but the front reception and phone staff really ruined all experiences for me and made me not want to book appointments.
