Nice store, been buying all my shoes here for years. The staff is great at customer service and also able to advise on the best shoes for your specific taste and needs. Especially Dele among the staff, really kind and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful staff, tried on several different styles and sizes. Was encouraged to not rush and take my time which I appreciate as in other stores it has often felt quite hurried. Would (and have already) recommended to friends!

Superb service in the Timberland shop today - Sunday 26th November. It was crazy busy in London today with Black Friday weekend and other shops were struggling. The staff here were straight on to me helping and advising on the best fit boot. No messing about. Fast, polite, knowledgeable, intelligent. I tried on other vendor boots and Timberland are still the best, for me ever since the 1990s. Credit to this London shop. Thank you guys.

Popped in a few days ago to buy some walking boots, service was excellent - very help and attentive (manage to get the chap’s name who was serving me – Ekiel ). Simultaneously, I also witness, a very rude and obnoxious customer, trying it on by trying to return some boots, that he was clearly in the wrong . How Ekiel kept his cool and professionalism, is a master class in how to deal with horrible customers.

Was in the store today and was taken care of by the amazing Frankie. Very nice guy, was patient with me even though I tried on multiple sizes, on top of doing this just before the store closing. I hope Frankie is already a manager or you guys atleast have that in your plans for the near future👀

I called and asked for an exchange today. The man who spoke to me on the phone and later served me in the store was so friendly and helpful and really made my experience shopping very good. I wanted to leave a review to thank the patient man who was very kind.

Loved this store. Each year I get the same pair of men’s classic Timberlands and the staff know I am always in a hurry so they get the shoes out of the storeroom and process quickly for me.

Went today to the Timberland Oxford street shop and I must say the service I have from Luljeda (I do apologies if I am spelling her name wrongly), was simply outstanding.

I have been attending the 158 Oxford St branch of Timberlands for years now and the service has always been quite exceptional. The staff kind and attentive, and always delighted to help. Today however, more than ever I might add, had the service been impeccable (I will get to that in a moment); I first went to the branch in Carnaby street as I was closer at the time and was enticed to buy a new pair of boots and I found the service to not be as adequate as the Oxford street Branch, and being a member of the Timberlands community I was disappointed that the service was poor and the staff disinterested in actually helping. So I left to go to the original favourite branch of mine, where I met a very polite member of staff: Luljeda. She knew exactly everything there was to know about the boots (as well as other products) and answered every query I had in regards to them. We spoke about the boots and she even helped me pick out two of the three pairs I bought, and I must say I am very happy with the two she helped me pick out. She was very kind and polite, even made me laugh a bit. She knew what I wanted before I even knew myself and that alone should say everything good about this branch. That right there is quality service. I believe that if we had more workers everywhere like Luljeda, the community that enjoys the products of timberlands ,as well as many other retail lines and businesses, would be provided with a much more enjoyable experience, willing to come back for more. So to Luljeda and Timberlands, I say thank you very much for the service, and I’ll be looking forward to my next visit of the Oxford street branch.

Had an issue with a loud squeaky noise from my black 6" boots. Initially, the online customer service team advised me to return to the original store of purchase on Regent Street. However, that store no longer exists. Thankfully, I found my way to the Timberland Retail store on Oxford Street. The store manager, Dele, was a true professional. He listened to my concerns, genuinely tried to understand the problem, and approached the situation with kindness and empathy. I'm truly impressed by the level of customer service Dele provided. Highly recommend this store for anyone in need of assistance or looking to purchase quality footwear.

Timberland has become a bit of an underrated brand. Still as good as ever though.

Bought some lovely shoes here unfortunately a part of the toe fell in, went to the store with my digital receipt, staff were extremely helpful replaced the shoes quickly and the whole process was really easy. Cant remember the name of the lady who helped me but thanks!

Such a lovely shopping experience. The dark handsome salesman was so helpful and polite, rushing to the storeroom to get a boot in my size to try on so that I could purchase the ones that I wanted online. I bought some for my husband, I just wanted to buy something from this great person!

The staff were lovely, manager included and I didn’t feel the pressure to buy anything. When it was time to buy, I was offered a discount and the correct products to look after my new boots. All in all a great experience 😊

She is an exceptional saleswoman, she took all the time to advise me correctly, she dedicated the right and necessary time for me to choose and buy my shoes, I left happy for the purchase but very satisfied for this cordial employee that Timberland has in London. Super helpful staff - Alessio and Abbie. I didn't expect to buy anything after walking into the store, however, the advice and information given by these guys changed that, I ended buying two pairs of shoes after struggling to find a pair I liked in the market.
