Fabulous experience! Excellent personal service. Made my Christmas. It was heaven to walk into the calm atmosphere of the boutique and be treated like a queen.

My mum loves these shoes and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cute store, great selection. There was only one salesperson when I went, and he was overwhelmed with clients. I left and came back at 6:45 only to find that they had closed early!

Can you please hire a new sales lady? She is very rude, not even a small smile. If you are going to work like that better to stay at home, girl.
The sales gentleman was great though.
Unfortunately, the place DOESN’T ACCEPT RETURNS = NO REFUNDS!!! So be careful, if you are going to buy something and then thinking of returning it and getting your money back you are wrong. That won’t happen :(

Went in to buy some shoes from here after seeing the shop on a blog on the internet we traveled up from Bournemouth , the sales lady looked us up and down like we were not good enough for their shop , didn’t even throw us a smile, nothing , we came to buy a couple of pairs if these shoes , very very disappointed with the shop , rude , poor service and maybe if she’d have taken here nose ring out of the Arabic lady’s backside for a minute and acknowledged us she would have had another sale .
Avoid this store is you want a bit of service . Went down the road to Selfridges and they were happy to serve us and take our money ,gent disappointed and won’t be returning .
Maybe a bit of staff training or just teach them some good old fashioned manners

The woman who works here is very rude. Clearly she doesn’t enjoy working in this place.
They don’t accept returns so you won’t get any refund.
