We do not recommend this moving company for several reasons : Allied and Sirva
1) the commercial for the move out in Hong kong said to us that they will make special care of art works and explain to us while the survey for the quotation, that their movers were specialists , the art work should have been packed with corners that not allow anything to touch the painting : see attached photo of the painting that has been damaged by the packing
2) since october 2023 we are still waiting for the insurance and our claim to be settled : we sent the quotation of the reparation for 600 Euros , even for this amount they take months to settle the claim, at this day we havent receive the amount to repair the artwork damaged and we chase them almost daily !
3) they said to us that they were international movers ( our shipment was Hong Kong - France full container ) the move in company in france was not the same company , the moving team was unexperienced ! they were unbeliebly rude , too fast and careless !!! we didnt had time to take photos of the damaged items no time to take a picture of the number on card board corresponding so that we could claim !
4) missing 3 boxes of our shipment that we mentionned but we did'nt ask for them yet as we are still waiting for the insurance to refund to us the reparation of the art work.

Overall our experience was not good with them , the amount of reparation compare to the amount of the shipment is small and very difficult to obtain which is not nice , because we paid personnally our shipment and we did'nt pay late , our bill is fully paid but the service is not worth it. We will be more aware next time and we will pay may be more to another comapny really specialised with international moves.

I wouldn’t give them a 0 , we moved internationally & our container was insured with Sirva Australia - 60% of our stuff was damaged badly - they took 6 months to try to finish the process . Got a surveyor from London to come to our place and now given excuses for now paying through even 50% of claim value - they have gone quiet when we have asked for proof on their very silly response on why they won’t cover the damages. We have had to chase the lot - never in our life have we seen such unprofessional behaviour. I have to say we were insured through Allied who moved our stuff - giving this team also a -1. Cheats the lot of them , exist to scam hardworking people of their money. Please do not choose either of these brands to work with. Very unethical.

I would give them zero if I could - after moving internationally 3 times, the team we were given in London were absolutely terrible. Clueless, and had no experience just wandering around aimlessly and hiding in rooms doing nothing. Had no plan and couldn’t figure out anything simple we ended up doing most of the work. Terrible hygiene as well if it couldn’t get any worse. Couldn’t wait to get them out of the house. Do not recommend.

Lui in London branch shouted at the customer over phone. In my opinion not acceptable behaviour for a corporate professional business.as of 26th October 2019 they changed their company name 3 times and do not submit their accounts on time to HMRC. How can someone trust such a company?
