Ben and his helper were both very efficient and polite. They were careful with my possessions and worked hard to get the removal done quickly. They also took the time to make sure everything was were I wanted it positioned and to check all was well before leaving. Would definitely recommend.

Great service and staffs who helped transport our humongous number of boxes to the new house. Ben is very professional and strategic, instructing the team to move certain furnitures in first before others and stacked boxes neatly on one side of the room to allow passage and easy reassembly of furniture. Also handled all furniture (as well as the wall and paint in our new house) with absolute care. He also helped build some back up right away, such as our dining table. The team was super efficient as well basically working nonstop for half a day. They had to go back to our old house a second time to load everything in and really tried to help us get this done as soon as possible. Will recommend!!

Mr Removals did an excellent job of handling my move from South West London to West Yorkshire.

Ben was quick to make himself available for a quotation when I contacted him, was always polite, friendly and efficient in all his dealings with me, and was careful to follow all recommended government guidance with regards to Covid procedures.

My possessions were carefully collected from me and held in storage in New Malden until I had secured accommodation in West Yorkshire. Ben was then very quick to deliver my things to me on a day and time that was convenient, and as always with a big smile on his face!

This is the second time I have used Ben to move house and he was exemplary once again. Moving has never felt so easy! He arrived on time, did most of the heavy lifting, helped take furniture apart and put it back together again, and showed he is the ultimate king of Tetris by fitting everything into his van - including many plants!! He went the extra mile by putting protective, waterproof coverings over our valuable items and tying the larger items in with harnesses to prevent any damage. He also gave us a few boxes to help pack the final bits. Ben is friendly and chatty, but also gets the job done. Would highly recommend.

These guys saves us a lot of stress when we hired them for quite a complicated move a few weeks ago. With the addresses being 100 miles apart and with furniture that needed to be moved back to London, I had thought it needed to be done over a few days but Ben assured me they could do it in a day.

On the day of the move they were right on time and proceeded to load our furniture with great care but efficiency. Within the hour they had finished loading and left for the Midlands and were there within two hours. The offloaded and headed back to London with the furniture we wanted to bring back to the London flat. The whole process was seamless and stress free and I was kept up to date on the progress throughout.

Ben provided an excellent service by picking up a number of different plants and pots - ranging in size from small to very large. He safely transported them from London to King’s Lynn and then unloaded them to their final positions in their new home. Completely satisfied with the professional service provided.
