Highly recommended! Steve was able to arrange a van and mover for a 7:30 AM move with only 12 hours notice. The mover, Damien, was courteous, efficient, and a great driver. The move was completed within the allotted time for a great price without any surprise charges. Excellent service, I would certainly book another move with this company

Damien and his friend are very efficient. Good price too. They helped me moved my furnitures including a digital piano who is difficult to move due to the size of my lift. I thought it would be an almost impossible task however they handled with lots of care. Would recommend the service.

It was a very pleasant and warm hearted service for me today. I thought it will be the Best experience of my life so far ( as per their company's name) and I wasn't wrong. Movers were exactly on time, spotless van which looks like new, amazingly careful with my stuff, very well educated and knowleadgeable young people. The best professionals i have met so far when i moved in London. Paid by card, invoice received automatically, no problems and smiles all the way. Thank you Damian and Steve and Dimitar.

I used Steve's services when I moved out of my flat in north London to house in south London. He arrived on time and was extremely helpful. He then drove me and my boyfriend with him to the new house, and he was so friendly and easy to get on with- it made my day. Also good value for money! Best Van & Man is a company everybody can trust. I used them the other day to empty a flat full of furniture to a storage place of my choice. They have completed the job in a great manner and within the budgeted time. Many thanks to Steve and his men.

Hi All, here is what i have to say about Best Van & Man Ltd.
I used them yesterday to move my 3 bedroom flat form W1H to NW8 and i also used their sister cleaning company as this was saving me 10% of the final amount i had to pay. The 2 guys arrived 10 mins earlier, took a look at our stuff and started right away. It took them 2.5 hours to load the van as we have got quite a few items to move but they packed the van so carefully that i was really surprised when they said, thay will be able to fit it all in one go which was great as this had saved us 1.5 hours of paid time and the movers were brilliant. The cleaners followed and the service was supervised by Tanya who did a gerat job.
No problems, very polite and strong, hard working people. I tipped them at the end. Really easy to recommend a service like that. Thank you to Stephan and Ivan.

I just used these guys to ship some furniture I bought on ebay from Greenwich to Finsbury Park. They turned up when they said they would, had carefully wrapped the items in blankets and properly secured them, and were careful when bringing them inside not to damage the items or the house. I'd happily use them again and recommend them.

Thanks for moving me again earlier this year. I think that was the third time I have called up for a move and I've always found the service great and very good value. I'd happily recommend the Best Van & Man company to anyone and would have no hesitation in using the company's services again.

I have used Steve for three separate jobs carrying art work to Kent, Bristol and here in London. It was efficient and pleasant. I will always use this service whenever i need to and can totally recommend them.

Needed to move a few items from North London to beyond the M25. The van was in excellent condition, the price was extremely reasonable and the entire service was personable and efficient. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Would've been a great service EXCEPT the guy tried to charge me for an extra 30 minutes because he claimed the job was 5 minutes beyond 2 hours. Mind you, he was on the phone for ten minutes and took a toilet break for another 5-10 minutes, leaving me to unload most of the stuff by myself. Even if the extra time was legit -- which it clearly wasn't -- that's just petty (and short-sighted).

Needless to say I didn't pay for the so-called extra time. And my stance was greeted with profanity. Not the kind of service I expect or will tolerate.

DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE.
Had the same issue as some of other customers who left the reviews here - Steve attempted to overcharge me £30 for extra half hour, eventhough we finished within the time booked. Would NOT TRUST someone like that with my things again..
Loading and driving was done in exaggerated 'slow motion' and not in an efficient way (storage worker who was watching them pointed it out to me, btw..)
This company left very bad impression

It was initially a pleasant and efficient experience. However, I thought it was strange that they requested payment in cash only.

When I asked to be provided with a receipt upon cash payment, I was told I would need to use a card and it would be a 20% up charge.

I chose another removals company which doesn’t engage in unethical business practices.
