Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex Hotel, London

I was staying in this hotel for 2 nights in the middle of December. The location is really nice, everything is close. Katerina working at the reception desk was really friendly and competent , and also provided nice service during checking in and out.

Rooms are quite small. There was not much space to leave a suitcase.good location and service were good as well. Only problem with ordering a taxi, even tho it is located well.

Very great staff very friendly room quite good cleaned organized what I loved breakfast buffet it is good staff over there great helpful too, location great in the heart of Oxford St. Which is reachable.

This place’s location is PERFECT! It is just on Oxford street and Primark is the nearest shop for you. Furthermore, Costa cafe is less than 1 minute walk. All the restaurants, cafes are very close.

Cleaning is fine, coffee machine as well. But the most beautiful experience was with Ebrahim in the reception. He is like the kindest host ever. He is generous, patient, and caring. Thanks for all the support for all reception team and all the hotel staff for their professionalism.

Rooms are very clean with coffee capsule machine, tea. Good hairdryer that doesn’t smell burnt after awhile. Rooms are quiet.

Breakfast buffet spread is good. Love the watery scrambled eggs.

Reception Service is good. Very fast and efficient. Thanks for the support, Glandsia!

Location is stone throw away from main shopping bond street. Many restaurants around.

Would return again.

Great location, great service (especially Juliana who upgraded my room) and nice room which appeared to have been recently renovated. Will stay again.

The reason for my reservation in the hotel is the positive comments about the receptionist Ibrahim, and I actually booked the hotel and as I expected, I found the elegant and professional treatment by Ibrahim and the entire team, specifically Ibrahim, who made my stay in the hotel more comfortable. I really thank the hotel for selecting professional and helpful staff like Ibrahim.

Great location, just around the corner from Oxford street. Small but clean rooms. Only negativ was the step up to the bathroom, my elderly mom had a little difficulty. Also no shelf above the sink to put make-up/toothbrush. But a nice bathroom aside from that. Great service at reseption. Stayed her twice now and will stay again.

A great hotel in a brilliant location. It was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful and the Manager was fantastic and even put an early breakfast out, when I was going out earlier than breakfast was served. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice too. The rooms were clean and tidy but the TV was far too small, especially as it was on the furthest wall from the bed!

rooms are small but reasonably priced for London, breakfast included, staff went the extra mile to give me take away breakfast as I was leaving the hotel early. Room has all the amenities, including iron and a board. Excellent location within walking distance to Marylebone

Everything is at a walking distance. Good service and comfortable rooms.

My stay at the Raddison Blu was lovely. Particularly because of Ibrahim! If you are ever visiting ask for him. My boyfriend & I were well taken care of & he accommodated us beyond measure. Very tidy rooms & bathroom. Honestly can’t speak about him & our stay enough! Enjoy your stay x

Great location , clean rooms and lots of places to shop and food outlets just walking distance from the hotel. The rooms are on the smaller side with no views .

Was a good experience I had a great stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian Sussex, the location was perfect the room was good. The staff Is perfect specially Ibrahim was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is very well priced for the location and for a place that should only be used for rest when visiting London during vacation or work (there is plenty to go and sight see). Hyde park is close and a good place to take in the fresh air to enjoy the outdoors. The front desk staff members are delightful, very helpful and accommodating. Specifically Tanvina and Munmun were great to interact with. The rest of the staff also seem happy to be of service.
