The Marble Arch London

The check-in was flawless, and the customer service throughout my stay was very good. The hotel is situated in an older building, but my room was recently renovated and modern. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the shower was hot and refreshing. The air-conditioning was powerful and kept me cool. Complimentary bottled water and fresh fruit in the room were a welcome addition. The hotel is steps away from the Marble Arch,but my room on the 4th floor was quiet. I would definitely stay here again.
The full English Breakfast was in a self-serve buffet format, and was quite tasty. Yet, there was no fried egg option, nor was there blood sausage. Getting a refill on my first cup of coffee was impossible because the one server was overwhelmed with the five tables he was managing. Fortunately, Starbucks is just around the corner, so I got another cup of coffee there. On a positive note, the breakfast area was clean, and fresh fruits, yoghurts, pastries, jams, and butter were all available.

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Marble Arch Hotel in London for 6 days. The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to many popular attractions and transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would especially like to mention Korina, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. She was always happy to help with anything I needed, and she was very knowledgeable about the city. I would highly recommend the Marble Arch Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in London.

Pleasantly surprised, considering how shocking several of the reviews I read after booking were. We had absolutely no issues during our stay. The room was clean and we didn’t have an issue with the size of the room we got especially considering there was 3 of us in it. No issues with the pull out bed either. Nice selections of tea, coffee and biscuits. We got a nice view as well facing the street. There were no weird smells anywhere, as mentioned in other reviews. The staff are all very nice and really made the stay even more pleasant for us.

The Montcalm at Marble Arch was under renovation? when I visited London in March, 2023, so I stayed here instead.

The Marble Arch London isn't exactly The Montcalm, but excellent nevertheless. The room was clean and spacious, you get enough condiments like tea and sparkling water, and the reception was polite and friendly. They also managed to call up a taxi on a Friday night when it was raining, which I find most hotels to have difficulty.

If you are looking for a hotel near Marble Arch, look no further.

Was dubious due to previous reviews but pleasantly surprised. Staff were amazing and couldn't help enough. It was our honeymoon and they decorated our room and sent us prosecco, chocolates and Strawberries. Room was compact, clean and comfortable, although needed updating. Bed was very comfy. Walls are thin which was unfortunate as we were stuck next to a room of 10 screaming teenagers in the early hours but reception sorted them out. Would definantly stay here again. Thankyou for an amazing stay.

Lastly, the location it’s so near from tourism places like Oxford Street

Although the room was on the smaller side, it was clean, well kept and perfect for our needs for one night. The staff, amazing! So friendly and even bought us up a bottle of bubbles for my husband's birthday. All in all a fantastic little fine in the heart of London.

Very friendly staff, as it was my birthday on my stay here they upgraded my room to the Park Lane Suite, was very thoughtful of them. The room was beautiful, great room service and their concierge team were very helpful. The prices in the hotel for food and drink were a bit steep, and the jacuzzi wasnt working in the spa. However, I can't complain as I got an upgraded room at no extra cost and was overall a great experience. Would highly recommend!.

This is a wonderful, elegant and charming hotel. I do not think I will stay anywhere else the next time I travel to London. The reception staff is truly accommodating, friendly and courteous. We came in exhausted from a very long flight and much earlier than the time at which our room was to be available, and yet they took it upon themselves to find a room for us to rest and shower until ours was ready. Such level of professional solicitude in hotels is becoming rare. The rooms are spacious, the beds extremely comfortable, the bathrooms impeccable. Our stay in London this time was made so much more enjoyable because of the quality of this hotel, its staff, and its central location. A wonderful place to stay!!!

Last weekend we were here for the first (and certainly not the last) time. A great hotel in a quiet, beautiful location near the center and Hide Park (Speakercorner).Great room, super beds and a fantastic breakfast. And a super-friendly guest-experience manager (Adella) who gives you the feeling she is doing everything she can to make sure you do not lack anything.

Lovely hotel. The spa was is out of this world. Massage was amazing. The heated pool was so warm and good for the bones. Lol. Afternoon tea was very nice and relaxing. Rooms are very up to date and new. Small but what do you expect in central London.

Very nice hotel....the shockingly their sockets are custom made, so you can't plug in your telephone charger beside your bed...but at the desk only...there are 2 sockets available. Rooms otherwise good sizes and airconditioned.
