Our experience at Nicolas on Great Portland Street was nothing short of exceptional! With his French background and upbringing immersed in the world of wine, Zack was the perfect guide to help us make the perfect selection.

The shop itself boasts a phenomenal collection, offering a diverse range of wines that cater to every palate. The attention to detail in curating such a remarkable selection is evident, making Nicolas a true haven for wine enthusiasts.

Zack's passion and expertise, combined with the outstanding array of wines, made our visit memorable. I am already eagerly anticipating my next trip to Nicolas on Great Portland Street for another round of exquisite selections.

A wide selection, which could be a little overwhelming if it wasn't for the staff, who are readily available for advice ! Have often been served by Gina, who's suggestions have always been spot on. Was recently advised by a charming french man, who obviously has a passion for wine.

I had a super last minute order for the delivery the next day (Saturday) and had absolutely no knowledge of wine, champagne, etc. Philippe was incredibly kind to me and took the time to make suggestions based on the occasion, preference of the receiver and price point. To say that he was patient is an understatement - I called him at least 5 times and he was always very warm and professional when answering my panicked questions. Philippe, thank you! I'll definitely be calling again and hope to visit one day to say thank you in person!
