Joseph Decorating

There was a lot of preparation needed in our living room, paper stripping and paintwork renovation, making good as the room hadn’t been decorated in a very long time, and a serving hatch to block off which is now seamless, you’d never know it had ever been there. Derek painted and papered the room to a high standard and also put coving up. One corner of the room is curved which was a challenge with our wallpaper choice, but he was able to get it looking great. Derek and his son Loui were always on time, kept the workspace and entry to the room clean and tidy.
Derek completed the work to schedule. Derek is very polite and respectful. I would highly recommend his company. Thank you for a great job

I can speak wholly positively about Derek Joseph and colleagues. They came on family recommendation, and did an excellent job redecorating our whole house. Their paintwork and wallpapering were immaculate, they sorted out a few unexpected extras as they went (including some poorly-finished plastering) - and their time estimate of three weeks for three men was spot-on (they put in long hours when one of the trio was ill for a few days). And their pricing was very competitive.

In summary: nice people who gave sound pre-work advice - nothing was too much trouble - and, unlike some small businesses, they were efficiently supported by Derek's wife, Christine, who does a lot of behind-scenes work and helps keep everything on track.

Unqualified recommendation: you will not be disappointed.

Derek was excellent (again), he arrived when he said he would tidied up every evening and completed when he said he would. Price was as estimated...I will use them again as they have now done both internal and external decs and I'm now of the age when climbing a ladder and waving a paint brush doesn't seem a good idea.
