My flatmate and I have had a fantastic experience. Throughout the entire process of moving house, Trevor and his team made what could have been a stressful experience, instead smooth and stress free. We felt that they took care of our belongings as if they were their own. Also, the communication throughout was stellar. We highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services. 😀

Trevor and his team were superb on moving day. My mum is elderly and was moving out of a house she had been in for 50 years so it was important to get a company who was reliable, trustworthy and patient with her. I'm so glad we found these guys.! The ladies who helped her pack the day some bits the day before move day were friendly and hard working. On move day there was a team of 3 guys, they worked flat out all day (and it was very very hot). Trevor couldn't have sent a better team of 3 men. They got our banter and laughed with us what is supposed to be a very stressful time. They actually made moving fun. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend in the future. The 3 lads were very polite and hard working! We moved from a 2nd storey flat with two flights of stairs to contend with and the lads worked swiftly and diligently. They had a long drive to our new place in horrid weather conditions but managed to move our stuff with great care and patience. Great guys and would gladly recommend them to anyone!

Trevor and the team at Lightrock Removals moved Mum from Harrow to Norwich and we were really pleased with everything from start to finish. They were happy to accommodate a number of changes to the removal date and then come moving day arrived on time and were really professional throughout. Special mentions to Sue and Natasha for sorting everything in Harrow and getting us on the move quickly. Dante and Jordan then headed over to Norwich and after sitting around for some time, till we got the keys, without any complaint and fuss worked tirelessly to get Mum settled into Norwich, for them to then have a two hour drive back to base, always with a smile. Could'nt thank them all enough. I'd gladly recommend them to anyone.
