Ali and his team were exceptional from the initial survey and quote to the last box delivered in our new home. Our move was fairly large being a family of 7 and a dog! We all know moving house is highly stressful for a number of reasons but this removal company took the pressure off completely in their department. We were moving into a house that needed a light renovation so we used their storage option for non essential items for 7 days. This ended up being extended to 10 days. They were extremely flexible and helpful to cater for all our needs and delivered our items quickly and politely! They even helped cut down our trees to get the vehicles in! 😀
They all posses a can do attitude and are dedicated to getting the job done professionally and efficiently.

Great experience all round from the survey to delivery. The team that packed and delivered where exceptional. personable and just lovely people to have around.

Booked in 2 days to pack and move, which was definitely needed (it is surprising how much you can accumulate in a 2 bed flat!) and made the move that much more comfortable and far less stressful.

Everything was wrapped perfectly, no damages at all and everything distributed to the correct room and floor as discussed during the packing.

We would definitely recommend Roberts and Denny's (and already have to our previous neighbours).

I recently used Roberts & Denny's for my move and storage and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery, every step of the process was handled with professionalism and care.

An office move can be stressful, but Roberts & Denny's made it so much easier. As full a turnkey service as you could want, they came and did an initial survey, packed everything up neatly and safely, took it all away and stored it for months while we looked for a new premises, and then brought it back and unloaded everything.

Good communication, very professional, and very transparent on pricing and arrangements. I hope we don't have to move office again any time soon but if we do I know who to call.

The delivered my household items to the correct rooms and removed all of the wrappings too.

I used Roberts & Denys service to move out, store my belongings for a short period and move into my new home. I was very pleased with the efficiency and helpful attitude of the gentlemen who did the moving in and out, and my belongings all arrived safely. I am also grateful to the administrative staff for dealing with my ever-changing removal dates and being supportive towards me.

These guys are fantastic. Their communication and efficiency was perfect. Everything went very smoothly and to plan. Donna in the office is wonderful. The guys delivering were kind, considerate and really helpful. I highly recomend and will definitey use them again.

Roberts and Denny's were great and took so much of the stress out of the process. They did a video consult with me to give me a quote, kept in contact with me while I waited for a removal date and answered all my questions very patiently. On the day, the two removers were so helpful and carried everything down two flights of stairs without complaint. I couldn't fault their service and would recommend them without hesitation.

I spoke to the office to book the removal; the booking and payment process was quick and efficient and managed by friendly and helpful staff. On the day, the two operatives were professional and efficient and also friendly and helpful.
I was entirely satisfied with the service from R and D and wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and to recommend them to others.

Kieran and his team have been totally brilliant at helping us manage a convuluted, multiple move. Ollie and Henry were amazing on the last stage and helped me put the furniture back together, and were cheerful and helpful throughout, despite the heaviest mattress known to man and some heavy rain. The packing and removal service provided by Roberts & Denny`s was first class. Although I had to move home at short notice, the professional, friendly and efficient support provided by this company took all of the stress out of the move. Many thanks to Chris, Andy, Henry and Charlie whose good humour and can do approach made all the difference on the day.

We used the Roberts and Dennys packing, removals and storage service and everything was excellent. Really great friendly staff who took care and were really efficient with labelling and worked fast! When our items arrived back after storage everything was in perfect condition and again the delivery team were brilliant. Would highly recommend and use again!

Roberts & Denny handled our house move like total champs. The guys were friendly and professional, took the access issues to our flat in their stride and packed everything carefully. We did have one accidental breakage, but it had been dealt with and a replacement part ordered (which they later hand delivered) before I even knew about it. Box collection on our own timeline was also very much appreciated.

The Roberts & Denny’s team did a great job with my house move. I had a video call during the quote process which gave me confidence that they were aware of the access route and all items of furniture that needed to be moved. On the day the team were really friendly, helpful, careful with my stuff and got the job done very easily and quickly. They were really considerate when moving stuff in to my new flat. Overall, a great service which made the process very smooth and easy.

The team was proactive, efficient, and a real pleasure to work with. I'm writing this review more than four months after they moved us into our home in Central London - I still feel appreciative for their work when I see one of their boxes. If needing a remover again, they're first on my list.

Moving is supposed to be one of the most stressful ventures in life - choosing the right removal firm is critical. These guys are amazing - Oli (who is a superstar) led a team packing us up, moving us and helping unpack. This is a very experienced and professional outfit. From preparing a quote, analysing what we had, packing and unpacking, the move to recycling packaging every detail is considered. Despite some v fragile items nothing was damaged or broken, the service was considerate, polite and courteous, with hard working staff who completed the hard work with a smile. I could not recommend Robert's and Denny's enough. And ask for Oli and his gang! We made the right choice, and you should too.

We had two different crews for pickup and drop off and both were brilliant. The pickup crew had to contend with torrential rain and lots of stairs but were really efficient. The drop off crew were quick and friendly. Excellent service all round.
