We are extremely pleased with the sales team at Cubitt and West Wallington branch. This is the second time we've used Cubitt and West to sell a property. The team arranged plenty of viewings and we feel that no other estate agent could have achieved more interest in our property. Nigel Lowe assisted us with our sale and was always on hand to answer our questions during the sale process. We had a slightly low offer on our property and Nigel managed to negotiate with the prospective buyer to raise the offer to the full asking price. After a recommendation from a friend we arranged an appointment with Cubitt and West Wallington Branch to have our house valued. Dane Kavanagh the branch manager came to do the valuation he was very professional and completed the no obligation valuation and how the process would work, we were so impressed we didn’t even get a second valuation and put our house on the market with them. The whole team at the Wallington branch have been very helpful in the process of selling my property so far. In particular, Lauren, Lewis and Dane have gone out of their way to make arranging viewings as convenient as possible and have been very attentive in making sure I've been kept up to date with feedback. I first contacted Cubit and West to arrange a viewing on a property I liked. I spoke to Sam and after our conversation I decided to use C&W to sell my property. Having agreed to proceed with Cubitt & West they maintained excellent communication throughout (including WhatsApp messages out of office hours) and kept fully to the timescales that had been committed.
