Ashville Surgery

Me personally is well looked after by entire team. Rarely mistakes do happen on both sides but resolved quickly with great communication. This surgery has my great recommendation A*****

They are just wonderful in every aspect both staff and doctors, putting the care and attention needed according to the problem. Even if now everything is done through computers, when necessary they are proactive and effective with a human touch. Highly recommend!

I went to Ashville for 13 years and always had a really positive experience there. The doctors and nurses were really kind and helpful and I never had to wait too long. I had a baby too during that time and they were great with her too. Sadly I moved out of the area and was given 30 days to find a new practice 🥲. I would like me to have stayed with them.

I got to say what an amazing GP, in particular front reception people, who are amazing on what they do, helpful, and always listen and solve any issues betwen Dr’s and us.

A particularly thanks to the new and amazing Dr Katherine McWhirter who clearly identified our 6 years old chest infection by listening and realising possible Asthma and didn’t hesitate given Asthma medications.

I went in today with a really scary breathing problem- it wasn’t covid but I had this cough for weeks after a holiday abroad and was terrified something was terribly wrong or I had picked up something nasty on the plane. The doctor (paramedic) on call was fantastic at diagnosing me and my appointment was bang on time. I felt safe and cared for. I’ve only been in this area less than one year and I’m really impressed with this surgery!

We were referred to Ashville via a neighbor on our street. As new residents to the UK, we weren't sure what to expect. I'm pleased to say that once we dropped off our passports and other info to Reception, we were pleasantly greeted and welcomed into the practice. It was the hottest day of the year, and the ladies at the front desk were helpful, cheerful and accommodating. We were promptly registered, given NHS #s and I followed up today with some additional questions, and the gentleman on the phone (reception) could not have been nicer and more service-oriented. Haven't had to make any appointments yet, or be treated by a clinician....but wanted to say that from a registration and front-office standpoint, we've been pleasantly surprised! :-) Well done!

Ashville Surgery is fantastic. The doctors and nurses are great and they always strive to help as much as possible. However, the real stars of the show are the receptionists. I have never had a drs surgery in the past with such kind and considerate receptionists. The stand out star being Eric, he always has a smile on his face and will help in anyway he can. On the phone he goes above and beyond, helping to ensure you get the help you need! He needs a pay rise!

I have been registered with Asheville surgery for around 15 years and always had very good care. All the doctors are brilliant but Dr.Ryan is wonderful and caring.

Amazing service, the team is sooooo helpful not like in other NHS practitioners places. In have never experience such a great medical service. Every time that i have been in need of help, they make it so easy, straight forward and always willing to help. My favourite GP DR J Beach is top top top. I couldn’t recommend Ashville more.

I have been a patient here for a year and I have no complaints. The doctors are really friendly and make me always feel relaxed. They really listen to me and always helpful. The receptionists are busy but manage to do their best and are very helpful.

Had a bit of a needle phobia... but not anymore!
I'm a new-ish patient to Ashville Surgery and I've just been in to see Scott Owen - HCA - for a blood test.
I highly recommend him - Scott is charming & professional & I felt at ease as soon as I entered his room.
Reception were also very friendly and courteous.

Given the sheer number of people who live in this part of London it's even more impressive that the team at this GP are able to deliver what I consider to be an excellent, patient-oriented service. I've been registered here for many years and feel lucky to be able to depend upon them given my previous experience of GP across London and the UK. Yes it's real life so nothing is perfect in this aspect but in comparison to other services I have to give them a full rating.

I have been attending this surgery for over 20 years... wonderful staff, very busy though as you would expect but highly experienced and that's just the reception staff. Dr Aras and his team are great, can't understand any other of the comments here.

I would love to say that Ashville is a beautiful surgery, beautiful staff always willing to help. Scott is fantastic at taking blood did not feel a thing, thank you to all at Ashville for the hard work you all do.

This is the best GP surgery I have attended. They are efficient and organised. They now have an excellent website which allows you to submit questions and queries without having to ring up the surgery.

Really great surgery. Friendly and professional reception and admin staff who are always busy and providing a good service. Understanding and supportive GPs especially Dr Jenkins and Dr Ryan
