First time solo travelling and I will be doing it again with trutravels - tour guide was amazing, felt so lucky have him. Nothing was ever too much trouble, there for all of us 24/7. Would recommend to anyone 🫶🏻

I did the Vietnam Experience with Lucas and it was an amazing tour! He was on time with all the info we needed, super organized and great company to hang out with! Any culture or history questions were answered and we learned lots of things about this amazing country! I really liked how respectful and mindful he was of others;
He knew how to deal with the more sensitive people in the group and was super nice to everyone!
My highlights of the trip where : Hoi An and Ninh Binh 😊 The activities were so much fun and the views incredible!! Also, despite the rainy weather he made sure we had a great time!

I had the best time on the Bali Bliss tour with Tru Travels and our amazing tour guide Ovinda. She made sure everyone felt included and did everything she could to make our time the most enjoyable experience ever. The experience is such a special trip from the amazing activities and meeting the most amazing people and I have made such good friends with everyone on the tour. As a first time solo traveller, I had many doubts but all the stress was taken away by Ovinda and now I am more excited than ever to continue my travels! I highly recommend booking with Tru Travels and anyone who will have Ovinda as their tour guide would be so lucky to have her!

Awesome trip, great way to see so much of Mexico in a short space of time. Top moments were the beach at Holbox, swimming in the 7 colours lagoon, experiencing the cenotes, all the guacamole, delicious breakfast recommendations, seeing Xichen Itsa and biking in Tulum. Our guide was Eve and she was THE BEST. We have done a bunch of other trips and she was by far the most personable, creative, fun, lovely person with a lot of experience and wonderful ability to share her knowledge with us. Highly recommend this trip to anyone who wants to party and catch a lot of culture all in one trip. I loved that the group was only 10 people, gave us a chance to meet everyone and there wasn’t a divide in the group nor too many people.

I booked the Northern Thailand Adventure through True Travels and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the entire experience. My tour guide Sea was fantastic!! She was caring, knowledgeable, fun, and so organized throughout the entire experience. If you ever book through True Travels anywhere in Thailand, ask for Sea!! You will have the time of your life. Whether it be hiking to waterfalls, chilling by the pool, or partying in Chang Mai, There is something for everyone on this trip!

Words can not describe how amazing this trip was! Especially our tour guide Kevin, he is a wonderful person and made the trip even better than I could have hoped for! The best part was i decided to share this experience with my 73 year old dad, and Kevin and the rest of the group were wounderful with him, nothing was ever a problem and if there was they would go out of their way to make sure he shared the same experience as the rest of us. Especially very step stair, my heart would be in my mouth but by day two they all had a system where they would all grab an arm each and someone would stand in front just in case he slipped, it was so heartwarming to see 🥺 One morning Kevin even went out of his way to take dad on a walking tour of Hanoi but instead of walking, dad was carried on a push bike so that he didn’t miss out and then he later came to collect us and took us out on the same tour on foot. He made me and my dad feel like we weren’t a burden or anything! He was utterly amazing and I’m so thankful he was our tour guide. Thank you Kevin for being such an amazing person and going above and beyond for us. I recommend this tour to anyone! And don’t be afraid to take your mum or dad because I promise you’ll be in safe hands with Kevin 🥰 lots of love Betty Bee and Mr Tony 🖤💛

An incredible experience with a group of amazing girls and the sweetest pair of guides: Sea and Peanut :) On our 9 days trips they have managed to keep everything in line and match our expectations in the fastest possible way. And the rainy season didn’t make it easier for them! They were the best people to show us the beauty of Thailand! I will always remember this trip and truly recommend it! :)

Just completed the Bali Bliss Experience and it was brilliant. It was my second time travelling with TruTravels having been Mexico last year with them. On the Bali Bliss tour we had Monk as our tour leader and we was awesome. Always making sure everyone was having a good time, he was a lot of fun and brought so much energy to the tour. Highly recommend!!

This trip has been a once in a lifetime experience! The whole trip itself was really well organised, went smoothly and didn’t have anything wrong about it at all. There is nothing I can say to hate on this experience. Moreover, if you have to speak about what the most memorable part of this experience — it would have to be our tour guide (WHISKEY). He created such a comfortable environment for all of us, and he did not hesitate to help us out when needed. Genuine care. Truly has become my friend.

Recently finished the Bali 10 Day Experience and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it.

This was my first - of many - solo trip and I am glad I did it with TruTravels, they honestly have group travel on lock. The itinerary had the right amount of exploring and laid-back vibes.

Having Marta, Monk, Ippy and lovely Ovinda as guides was everything I could ask for. The four of them were always there to assist and go the extra mile in ensuring this was an enjoyable experience.

This was the second tour I have done with TruTravels. I have done the Bali experience and the Vietnam tour which were both amazing.

The Vietnam tour has been absolutely incredible! The trip wouldn’t have been the same without our tour guide Lucas.
He was super friendly, funny and confident from the get go. I loved that on the first night he gave us all a bracelet which was a really nice touch to start the tour with. Lucas was always helpful and knowledgeable. If we ever had any questions (whether it was to do with transport, culture history etc.), he always answered well. This meant that the tour was very culturally enriching and I felt as though I got to learn a lot of really interesting information about Vietnam. Lucas was also absolutely hilarious and would joke about with all of us which made it feel as though we were all a big family.

My favourite parts were Ha long Bay, Ninh Binh and Hoi An. The views were stunning and the tour activities were so fun.

On the last night, Lucas had handwritten a postcard which was personalised to each of us. He then played the guitar and sang us a song, which made some of us cry. We were all very emotional to be leaving and Lucas/ the rest of the group has left a mark. The tour will have a special place in my heart, thanks to Lucas.

Overall, Lucas was not just our tour guide, he was our friend. I’ve booked another true travels tour because I loved it so much. I would definitely recommend!

Really great experience here in Bali. TruTravels really took care of me and helped me when I broke my phone and got an upper respiratory infection. Monk, the guide, is really knowledgeable and loves sharing the fun. You can freely participate with the activities or do something on your own. Monk will help you out. Definitely recommend!!!

Lau was an incredible tour leader, her enthusiasm, knowledge, commitment and obviously love of the country made it such a great experience! I honestly could not have asked for a better leader, she went above and beyond to make sure all requests/needs were catered for and that we got the best possible experience of Costa Rica and everything the amazing country had to offer! She was always willing and keen to help with anything we needed and made sure we all knew everything we needed to about the day and plans, and more! There was so much to do and offered to us throughout the 10 days - it was amazing! Thank you for a brilliant 10 days!!

I am on my final day of the 10 day Bali Experience and I honestly can’t put into words how much I’ve loved my trip. As my first time solo travelling I was a bit nervous, but this was the perfect trip. Everything about it has been amazing and the activities have exceeded my expectations. One of the best things about the trip was our tour guide - Ibing we love you soooo much. Ibing has been so kind, caring and helpful and has always gone above and beyond to make sure everyone in the group feels safe and is having a great time. I am going to miss Ibing and my whole TruTravels family so much.

Highly recommend tru travels!

I just completed my Greece IH tour and wanted to shout out to our amazing ninja Maddy! This is my second TruTravels tour after I completed my first earlier this year so my expectations were high! I honestly think Maddy did a brilliant job leading our group around the Greece Island Hopper trip. She immediately made us feel welcome and her kind demeanour meant I felt in safe hands. Thank you Maddy for making our trip super special and filled with love ❤

Just completed the Total Thailand 27 day tour and I would 100% recommend to everyone!! The North was full of activities and action. Highlights were definitely the hill tribe, elephant sanctuary and the waterpark. Chiang Mai was definitely my top location as it is super chill, with great places for street food, and easy to navigate. Max and Minty were amazing tour guides and made sure everything was organised, safe and fun!!

From Chiang Mai we got the overnight train back to Bangkok and the southern part of the tour started. The floating bungalows were stunning and a great start to the tour. Then we visited island after island of white sandy beaches thinking they next can't be as beautiful - but each time we were wrong! Highlights were definitely bottle beach, snorkeling and Maya Bay. Arthur was a really fun tour guide and there was never a boring moment around him! He can also play guitar, sing, and is up for a jam! Sonny was really kind and helpful and taught me how to count in Thai. All of the tru travel guides have been amazing and the trips wouldn't have been the same without them.

If you are unsure about booking this trip then go for it! I've made friends for life, countless memories and will never forget my time in Thailand 🇹🇭❤

My experience with tru travels has been nothing other than amazing. From the booking process all the way to experiencing one of the best trips of my life. My tour leader Ovinda was the best person ever, she always went above and beyond to make sure everyone was having the best time and I couldn't have asked for a better guide. If I book this tour again in the future I would absolutely request to be on her tour! The whole group loved Ovinda and we'll all miss her so much. The tour was well organised and I felt very safe throughout. I honestly couldn't give a better recommendation, thank you tru travels!

“Honestly it’s a shame I have to leave ovinda she has been absolutely amazing from start to finish she’s been such a blast of energy plus making sure everyone’s needs where met . She definitely knows the history of Indonesia and always nice to learn about different culture’s. We had a few of the group members who are vegetarian and she made sure all their needs were met well done to her for that regarding night life she an blast I love all the places we went and will miss going out with the group and ovinda she has a smile that will automatically cheer anyone up plus she is kind and welcoming to everyone. I would absolutely do a tour with her again because she is friend and a leader I will return in the future and hope we will be travelling again. Absolutely had the best time see you next year ✌🏽”
