Recently stayed in Chalet Austin in Morzine with Alpine Elements and had such an amazing experience.

I was sceptical, as you have to be so careful booking anything online these days because of scams/false advertisement etc. So when seeing AE website, I was aware of the risks doing my best to make sure everything was legit (which it was). I quickly found a holiday suited for me and my family, so booked.

The process was easy, communication with the company when paying the deposit, remaining balance was good, and their email was very responsive when I asked any and many questions. I had a phone call a few days before leaving and spoke to a member of the AE team who was lovely and wanted to make sure everything was sorted.

We opted for an Alpine Plus Chalet that had catered option. On arrival we had a glass of Prosecco and were warmly welcomed by staff, who helped with luggage from the complimentary transfer. All canapés, meals and desserts were amazing. So tasty. Meals that were filling and hearty, not too fancy that no one likes the food. We had 3 fussy eaters in our party, who had meals altered to their liking (no seasoning/sauces etc). Daisy who was one of our chalet hosts was absolutely amazing, so friendly and really helpful. Our week was made better having her there. As part of the catered option, we had fresh cakes made everyday for afternoon tea, which were always gorgeous and delicious. I wasn’t sure what to expect with having food included with the chalet but I’m so glad we did this!

Transfers were complimentary and easy to find the Reps in the airport. There was a bit of a problem when having the transfer to Morzine, bus didn’t come for 45/1 hr. But the rep was trying his best and it wasn’t his fault for the delay. The transfer back was prompt and ran very smooth, making our travels home less stressful.

My experience with AE was amazing and it has made me very likely to want to book with them again. The chalet was lovely, amazing location with the bus stop right outside (free buses running). We utilised them every day. Just an amazing holiday that I will never forget.

We stayed at Chalet Marilyn in Tignes in February and had a fantastic week! Our chalet host Grace was amazing from start to end, so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too big or too small. She was a pleasure to be around, the kids loved her, and she provided fantastic breakfast, afternoon tea and dinners all week. Manager Ben was also great, dropping in throughout the week to check on us and booking restaurant reservations etc. Could not recommend enough, thank you for an amazing holiday!

Lovely small hotel, great location, friendly staff and fabulous food.

We had 2 twin rooms on the 2nd floor with a joint balcony overlooking the pool.

The staff were all friendly and attentive. The rooms were basic and small but clean and functional and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The room was a bit dark but otherwise perfect. The whole hotel had a rustic wooden vibe to be expected of a mountain chalet - which was lovely.

I thought it a bit weird that the pool didn’t open til 11am as I normally like a pre breakfast dip, but the manager said he would open it earlier if anyone wanted. As it turned out it’s quite misty, dull and cold first thing up in the mountains so I actually didn’t want a morning dip!

Food - I was so pleasantly surprised by the food. I really wasn’t expecting much, but the chef was excellent. You have 2 choices of starter/main/dessert and they were all, without exception, delicious and beautifully presented.

Booked with Alpine Elements and cannot fault anything at all. We (2 adults/2 teens) really enjoyed the included activities of SUP, white water rafting and high ropes. My husband and kids also enjoyed the canyoning activity (jumping from heights into river!) but I chickened out of that one!

Morzine and the general area are beautiful, and everywhere you go there are stunning views. We highly recommend using the free buses and walking to lakes for swimming. Just be mindful of the buses back from Les Gets if you go there for the (fab) inflatable water park, as the buses are limited - we were nearly stranded!

Overall a fantastic family holiday - and our first “activity” holiday, but definitely not our last as we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it.

We’ll be back!

We have loved our holiday at Hotel Philibert, part of the Alpine Element group. Staff are brilliant, friendly and knowledgable. Location very good in Morzine, an easy 10 min walk into town and a 15 min walk home given the hillside location
Pool is fab, great to cool off after an energetic day and a lovely place for families to socialise. Food three courses every evening all enjoyable and tasty. Activities good - paddle boarding, high ropes and white water rafting 1/2 days planned in advance by your rep. Activity pass meaning many more activities included for free such as tennis, swimming, disc golf, lift passes, mountain bike hire. Can recommend the two local luges, the one in Les Gets better than the Morzine.
Room for improvement, better wifi (really only works in the bar) and sometimes limited bike availability. Despite this would HIGHLY RECOMMEND (and book early so you get free wine with your evening meal!)

Jordi and Pud(Phil) were amazing hosts, they were flexible with us and a great help with recommendations. The food was excellent and was enjoyed greatly by our group of 15. Would have loved to have stayed another week! Couldn’t recommend staying the chatlet Victoria enough.

I cannot thank Grace and Harry enough for hosting us over the week.

We were not easy, three lads with staggered eating times but every request was answered and accepted with a smile on both of their faces.

We had a great time thanks to Harry and Grace for the constant smiles, pleasantries and hard work. We got lucky with you guys. Thank you.

Nice chalet & great stay. Harry and Grace Michelin level chefs and the food couldn’t have been better. Shoutout to Harry’s bruschetta. Great service from them all week. Only downside is WiFi which is embarrassingly bad, and having a hot tub outside would improve chalet. Great experience overall and would come back again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Alpine Elements' Chalet Elegant in La Plagne for a ski holiday, and it was an incredible experience that exceeded all expectations. I would give this ski holiday and our stay at Chalet Elegant a well-deserved 5-star rating.

One of the highlights of our stay was our amazing Chalet Host, Rosie. She provided us with delicious dinners, breakfasts, and afternoon teas, and even accommodated the vegetarians in our group. Rosie was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

The Sunday changeover day was also a great benefit as it allowed us a full day of skiing without the crowds on the Saturday. The Chalet is perfectly positioned really close to the ‘Beargie’ ski lift or the Télebus, which connects you with ease to La Plagne Centre where there’s great food and where most ski lessons depart from. This made our access to the ski slopes very convenient, and we were able to make the most of our time on the mountain.

The only flaw in our trip was that our coach was delayed both ways, but this wasn't the fault of Alpine Elements. Despite this minor setback, our group had the perfect ski holiday and we are already looking forward to returning next year. If you're planning a ski holiday, I highly recommend Alpine Elements' Chalet Elegant in La Plagne.

Just had a week at Chalet Camelia, fantastic chalet, unbelievably helpful staff. Grace & Harry are a credit to Alpine Elements.
Would certainly recommend this place, only comment would be Wi-Fi could be better, but really didn’t affect the holiday

Thanks Jordi and Pud for an awesome week. They looked after and catered for 15 lads perfectly in Chalet Victoria.

The dinners were a real highlight of the week, great food prepared freshly by them each evening. Exactly what you want after a good day skiing / partying at apres.

Honestly though the hospitality of Jordi and Pud was the real winner here they make a great team. Thanks both

I’ve just spent 1 week with my family and two other families we all lived in Chalet Victoria mostly with Pud and Jordi, when Jordi was off sick, we had Finn and Chloe come in and help out in the kitchen, and OMG!, we had so much fun, for most of the week, I had to stay in because I felt my right knee go on Wednesday evening, but I mostly went out and be with family friends and had so much fun together, then yesterday I spent pretty much the whole day out skiing and it was still really fun to be with everyone and skiing but I was in pain most of the time, which was definitely not fun, but my happy place was being with everyone and I loved it, I love being in the company of everyone, so thank you to Pud, Jordi, Finn and Chloe for spending most of your time in the kitchen and also talking to us as well about the week. I also wanted to touch on, I remember telling my dad this yesterday evening and I said, that I’m being serious about this, about me being a Chalet host, because there have been so many times where I look up to the Chalet hosts that spends time in the kitchen cooking and cleaning, and I keep thinking that it could be me doing that, and I’m so right by saying that because it’s what I want to do but I didn’t say anything about it so I apologize that I didn’t say anything about it, so thanks guys I appreciate it. Happy Christmas and a happy New Year.

We had a wonderful holiday with Alpine Elements in Morzine. Everything ran like clockwork, with great personal communication before the flight, good transfers, friendly staff all willing to go the extra mile to enable guests to have a super holiday. We loved the numerous activities available, the food, the homely and sociable atmosphere and the spa facilities. The children had a wonderful time meeting other kids at the chalet and none of us wanted to leave. Overall we felt like we had good value for money and would definitely like to repeat the experience. Thank you!
