What can you say..this is a musuem to early 20 century swimming ..such a delightful old place reminds me of my childhood learning to swim in a similar pool in Walthamstow high st in 1950's...never knock this down but restore it a bit

Customer service here is brilliant. Trisha at the front desk and Yasmine the swimming coordinator have been incredibly accomodating and helpful. Thank you for making it so easy to use the gym facilities.

I am going there every day for a swim, it’s now kept very clean and the water seems to be always at the same temperature which is a sign that somebody is monitoring the water quality etc… I never had a bad surprise. The staff is very courteous, professional and helpful, it feels well managed . The place is a bit outdated but they are maintaining it and it has character!

I have been going here for about 6 months.staff are friendly and available, this leisure centre has everything you need for a great workout and is always clean and sanitised with the bonus of a fresh rose aroma.

I have been a member for many years now and would recommend it to anyone. The facilities are good and have been recently upgraded and there's a nice atmosphere. I have always found the staff professional and very helpful both in the gym area, where they are available for consultation and instruction with the equipment or advice about training, and also when I have needed their support with other issues.

Love coming here! Everyone & I mean everyone is so nice, helpful, caring, they make me feel welcome, great staff! Love it!

Great place. Lovely staff, my favourite is George the assistant manager! He's so lovely and always friendly.

Tried the gym for the first time this morning, and I must say I was impressed. The receptionist was welcoming and the staff over here are way more friendlier than at Clissold. One of the fitness instructors was a semi pro boxer, shared some great exercises with me and gave great advice on my health and fitness goals. I was told the gym is going through refurbishment and new equipment is coming in, only downside I would say is the centre does not have a squat rack, bench press or boxing bag like at Clissold. Looking forward to coming back and seeing what equipment there brining in and how the centre develops in the coming weeks.

Love this gym so much! Everything is so clean and new. Staff is nice and very helpful. It's also quite cheap. Can't see why you should not sign up today.

Gym, pools, sauna, jacuzzi, fitness and exercise games, individual or in groups, huge spacious place clean and tidy. Very nice

Kings hall is a wonderful place. I know it is a very old building but the staff try hard to keep it clean and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. I think the customers should help keep the centre open and treat it with the respect it deserves for helping the local community.

Staff are cool and helpful, I can workout and feel reassured that they have cleaned the gym and swimming areas to a high standard.

Back in the days it use to smell of urine. But now it's very clean. Provide cleaning products to keep up to covid rule very calm environment

Always have a nice swim but pool needs refurbishong its very dirty with hair and all kinds of objects floating in the water , spoils a really nice experience.

Wonderful place,my kids absolutely don't want to miss swimming day. Great staff service 👏 👍

its a good gym and the staff are really friendly and helpful but my only complaint is one of them is gooner looool

Good range of fitness classes at different times of day and weekend. I find it great value for money.
