We've used RoofPro for two separate jobs to make repairs to the roof of our mid-terrace house and extension. On both occasions the team were a) quick to respond to our query and set-up a visit and quote, b) provided timely information and line-by-line description of the work and c) completed the work in a timely fashion.

We used Roof Pro to replace the area of flat roofing to our loft conversion and a leaky rooflight. We have been delighted with the professional service provided by all their team throughout the process from the first visit to quote thro to the scaffolding being dismantled. They kept us informed at every stage and the guys carrying out the work were respectful of our home and minimised the disruption to us during the work. The sharing of online progress photos was also very useful.

We contacted RoofPro about retrofitting insulation into, and completely reflooring, the roof space of a late 19th century house. They gave thoughtful advice about the situation, to our best interest and not their convenience.

We found RoofPro to be impressively efficient and professional, from our initial point of contact until their timely completion of the job.

The work was very proficiently carried out with minimal fuss. From our perspective, it was good value. We wouldn’t hesitate to use RoofPro for any future roofing needs.

RoofPro did my neighbours roof and it looks brilliant, they where professional and completed it in the time frame of 6 weeks which didn't cause any disruption to us. We where also well pleased that they replaced some of our broken tiles quickly and efficiently. They accidently knocked our aerial which they resolved quickly and thank you RoofPro you did a superb job and would recommend.

As a group of three neighbours in a terrace in East Twickenham we jointly appointed RoofPro to replace the flat roof, add insulation to current standards and replace or reinstall existing rooflights, all on the basis of a realistic quotation which they stuck to. Senior people in the team spent a lot of time consulting all three households about the jobs and adjusted the job accordingly. They began work as scheduled and the on-site team were courteous, helpful, as quiet as was possible and left no mess - there were English speakers to deal with issues as they arose. The only major one was internal finish after the installation of roof lights and this was put right within the quotation - a highly professional job. The work was completed and signed off to our joint satisfaction and our houses are not only watertight but considerably warmer than they were. We would highly recommend RoofPro.

Roofpro replaced a large flat roof for us that was only installed by a builder 6 years ago who did a rather shoddy job. Naturally i was nervous about getting it sorted but Roofpro did a fantastic job. From initial quote to installation, Roofpro carried out the work to time, were extremely tidy and organised and also were very accommodating when it came to me adding extra works for them to do. I would thoroughly recommend using them.

Really highly recommend this team. Professional workers, responsible management. RoofPro done their job meticulously. All details including the smallest are observed.

We used RoofPro for a completely new side return roof that was leaking. They were brilliant, very professional and fixed the issues. Neat lead work, highly recommended.

We called Sergii last minute to repair a box that concealed M&E service and to carry out weather proofing. His team arrived when they said they would, carried out the works and it was a major upgraded to the previous installation. I would 100% use them again.

The real deal.

Velux window installation: Good service with quick execution. Could have been better at communicating process - felt I had to chase a bit to understand timelines.

Roofpro completely did the roof in my new home. It was an expensive job but on the face of it, it was fine. Within a year we had a major leak and asked them to come back to fix it as it was under a 10 year warranty. After 3 visits and 2 months waiting for them to carry out root-cause analysis, they blamed it on the party wall copping stones (so the only part that was not under warranty) and quoted £6k to fixed it + £5k of scaffolding which felt like extorsion. I called another company who discovered they had done a poor job in the tiles next two the party wall and nailed tiles to the led flashing. This created the leak. Roofpro denied responsibility and refused to reimburse for their blatant negligence. I have asked them to reimburse me for the extra cost incurred but they refused to. Awful experience please do not hire these people.

Contacted 'em for a quote, but never bothered to reply! Maybe they don't need the work or don't care🤔
