Very busy place, the staff in here is amazing team. The way they pay attention to customers is great. I order egg royal and it took a little longer than normal. When I ask one of the staff members how long they promise me it’s coming shortly and it it did. One of the managers came and offer me if I would like some cake in the house because my order took too long. I think this is excellent customer service and care. Really impressed by the gesture

Came on a very chaotic Saturday, the staff were very efficient in getting us a table and the food came quickly!
Really enjoyed the Christmas special toastie with gravy dip 😊
However the whole area is quite cramped and loud

great food and service. Lots of space, great for families! Large pots of tea. Recomend a stop before going to Hyde park.

Had turkey soup with a pie lid really nice and only £6 50 tip they have toilet in m@s none one the underground

Absolutely brilliant!!! 8 of us, everyone very happy, from the smallest (with cakes and frappés) to the oldest (with a classic hugh tea offer). Cakes were great, scones were delicious, excellent choices, amazing service for a great price!

Great Afternoon Tea!
