Great phone repair service! Perfect and super quick job for a fraction of the price they asked me in the big shop at the end of the road! Thank you!

The owner can be quite rude and opinionated. At least his younger assistant is polite and pleasant.

This should be reported to UPS most of the reviews are the same. Twice now the refuse a package because "system is not working" which is just an excuse. Whats the point of having a drop off shop if they dont operate well. The old guy was quite rude as well. Will definitely ring UPS tomorrow and report them

Kept me waiting for 10 minutes to send a package via UPS. I was in first, Kept putting people coming into the shop ahead of me and told me they’d be with me next, each time. In the end, he told me to come back as it takes ‘5 minutes to do’ and he couldn’t do it now

Do not even attempt to have a parcel delivered here. 2 attempts to collect a UPS package, simply told ‘they dont know how to use the system’. Drop offs a similar story…

Totally agree with most of the reviews!
We asked if we could drop off a heavy UPS parcel. After they saying yes and my husband going there with the parcel they said they had no space. Rude and very unhelpful.
Not recommended at all!

Do not collect my UPS parcel during business hours with no reason and no explanation.

Worst and horrific shop I’ve ever been to in my life. Been in 5 times now and every time I’ve had the most unhelpful store staff. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER DROPPING OFF UPS WITH THEM. Every time I have gone in they have given me an excuse why they can’t take it. So unhelpful and unfriendly. Nothing exciting or special about this store and pretty dirty too

Do not go here if you need to send something via UPS The woman working there is incredibly rude. When I showed her the returns barcode from UPS she proceeded to tell me the code was incorrect and refused to scan it. Instead she talked over me and told me I was wrong before serving some else mid conversation. I left and presented the exact same UPS barcode to Hardings News on Putney Hill and it was not a problem at all. All in all, a very bizarre interaction.

Not recommended for parcels or purchases. On three separate occasions they have refused to take my parcel (clothing returns) and choose not to give a reason. I dont understand why they are so unhelpful.

Very rude and unhelpful...no idea how anyone cam run a business like this. AVOID for parcels! Go to Rasons at 125 Putney Bridge Road instead.

Terrible mobile phone repair service. AVOID at all costs because they will just take your money and give you a rubbish quality job in return. Very rude service too.

Not a safe place for parcels to be delivered to - my computer monitor has been ‘mysteriously’ mislaid.

Rubbish staff. Tell you your packages are not there when in fact they can’t be bothered to look for them. Lazy and rude staff.

AVOID THIS PHONE SERVICE *they don't gonna give you any guarantee after the service, bad service* Cheap works out expensive.
