Mike was fantastic. I went in to have my tonsils looked at as I have had issues with them for a number of years. He was friendly, funny and kind as he examined them for me, then spoke through his suggested treatment clearly giving me a full understanding of what I could expect.
The treatment itself was fine, Mike numbed my tonsils up and expertly handled the operation and made sure I was all fine before giving me advice on how to deal with the next few days.
I would highly recommend him and the practise.

I recently had my LASER tonsillectomy and uvulectomy at HealthHub after years of chronic tonsillitis. The operation completely transformed my life. As an adult, I was hesitant to have the traditional tonsillectomy method because of the increased risk of bleeding. After a bit of research online, I discovered Mr Dilkes a very experienced ENT consultant and one of the very few offering LASER tonsillectomy in the UK. Mr Dilkes and his team are very professional. The operation itself was very quick and took around three or four minutes. I only needed to take a few pain killers after the treatment and was able to get straight back to normal life.The practice was very clean and the fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend Health Hub!

I had a bit of work done by Sean- I paid more than I had at other Salons but the results are worth every penny! My treatments take a few weeks to really kick in but very pleased - 3 weeks later. I had a Tonsillotomy at HealthHub and I'd thoroughly recommend the service to anyone who regularly gets tonsilitis. The operation was very fast (only 5 minutes) and Mike and his team made me feel extremely at ease. The practice was very clean and tidy and meant the operation was a very comfortable experience. I only needed to take a few pain killers after the treatment and was able to get straight back to normal life.

The Health Hub is a fabulous practice. The staff are all extremely friendly and it is spectacularly clean/well decorated! Mike is one of the best Doctors I have been to, the consultation was both speedy and efficient and after visiting my local GP several times with no luck, he has managed to clear my allergies! I would definitely recommend and be going back to the Health Hub!

I had problems with recurrent tonsillitis and tonsil stones for 2-3 years. I was listed on the NHS for a full tonsillectomy which I wanted to avoid as it is a relatively big operation in adults with several weeks off work recommended. (I also didn't want a general anaesthetic if I could avoid it).

I looked online for alternatives and read about laser tonsillectomy. One of the few ENT surgeons in London providing this relatively new treatment is Mike Dilkes. Mr Dilkes explained the procedure and other treatment options well. He is very experienced at doing this and I felt like I was in good hands at all stages of the procedure.

I did have a sore throat for a few days afterwards, but now 4 days later, I have almost no pain at all. All the Health Hub staff were friendly and helpful to me so I am grateful to you all. Best wishes, Catriona

The Health Hub has really worked hard to reopen following the lockdown. They have done so well to operate yet at the same time providing the correct Covid safety measures.

As always the staff are amazing, so helpful, supportive and professional, so refreshing to see these days.

It’s so good to be back at the gym, well the swimming pool. The new lane swimming set-up with 45 minute booking slots is a step in the right direction, really helpful for those who wish to do swimming training and so considerate for those that use the pool from a rehab point of view too.

I had my tonsils lasered at Health Hub. I was super nervous - the staff were so lovely and really looked after me. Dr.Dilkes promised it would be painless and so relived to say it was. Just a really great end to end service.

We have been going to the Health Hub for many years. We had our children vaccinated here Mike and the team are exceptional and we are very lucky to have some a brilliant local health centre. Brilliant for advice on allergies and food intolerances. They have been just wonderful. Highly recommended!

An excellent and welcoming facility in a great location by the station.
Dr. Dilkes and his team have a really professional focus to the "Well Man" philosophy which I have passed to many friends who have also experienced the same high level of treatment and expertise. I could not recommend this clinic more highly.

I have no sense of smell, various visits to doctors and the ENT at my local national heath hospital achieved little, except days out of work to keep appointments in crowded and overworked hospitals.
My cabbie friend Perry told me about Dr Dilkes at Health Hub, he had sorted a similar problem for him. I live in Norwich…Perry said it is worth the journey.
I made the appointment and travelled down to Herne Hill.
Wow… a smile as I walked in the door, a 5 minute wait and I was in front a the loverly Mr Dilkes.
I was inspected and a remedy was suggested for acute polyps. I began a course of treatment and today I have a good sense of smell, and the treatment is ongoing, but I was very happy with every aspect of this private service…including the invoice.
I have been so impressed I have had a full well man check there...

Amazing. In and out in 15 minutes getting a mole removed. The doctor and nurse were fantastic and put my worries at ease instantly. Professional beyond belief. Also highly recommend the steroid injection for hay fever, changed my life. Thank you health hub.

Mr Dilkes was very efficient, completing the tonsillotomy procedure in quick time and with minimal pain. 7 days of analgesia needed before post-op pain disappears. Highly recommended.

Got my babies chicken pox vaccine done. It was so quick and easy. Mike made it a very good experience.

From the start they are fantastic, quick helpful response via email and answered every question i had in a very friendly and professional manner.
Once at my appointment, I was very pleased with the outcome and finally able to get the help I need, after so long waiting on the NHS and being pushed away by my gp telling me there is nothing wrong with me.
