The staff are great but whenever I come here, I always get lost! Any chance of better signposting from the tube station please?

Waiting times are excruciating even with an appointment. Over 1 hour of waiting is unacceptable. Why have appointments then?

MATERNITY :

Appointments are always late excessively , staff are lazy the receptionist sounds like he is stoned and often mixes up appointments and is almost always fully booked some off the midwifes take preference to Arab women and give them the best treatment while look down there nose at my wife who’s white

Cannot take blood test due to lack of ability
This maternity unit is not fit for purpose needs reviewing at the medical council for sure below is one of the horrible midwifes avoid

Don’t even deserve a star!! Waited over 2 hours for my antenatal outpatient appointment.
No one even bothered, patients came after me got checked and left and I was just sat there.
I checked with reception but no point, just got ignored.
Utterly disgusted!!
