Safety conscious also very polite, drinks in fridge ARE COLD!!!!!
They stock so much for a small corner shop, it is a delight to go there and it's community based. I love the shop.

The customer service was very good and helpful. The necessary items were available there . The staff were very polite and satisfied my needs .

I went to that shop to collect my parcel but she was keep on answering her phone calls and didnt paid attention to customer and she treated the customer in very unpoliter manner. She is having a kid he is around 5 yrs old i gues he is also working in that shop i am a regular customer she is involving her child to work in that shop it is agianst law. Police has to take a step against this child labour..

They need to get their act together. There’s no competition in this dire part of Willesden lane - surely they should see this as a great opportunity to grab locals’ attention. they’d do well to tidy up and be a bit more than a sweet shop and not a great one at that. Still battling with delivery services and understanding of social services cost of living allowances - they need to brush up on how london works.

I do not recommend this shop as they are not accepting card payments for utilities top ups. When you put your interests above consideration to customers you lose them. I will never go back.
