Lola's Cupcakes Selfridges

SO good! We were walking around Selfridges and happened upon this cupcake store, and everything looked so tasty that we had to give it a try. We got an 8-pack of the mini cupcakes so we could taste a lot of the different flavours, and all of them were so good!! In particular, the cookies & cream and the chocolate hazelnut were our favourites. They had lots of other options, so we'll definitely be back to try even more.

The tastiest and most delicious cupcakes and cakes I have had in this country. I have tried multiple cake shops but none can beat Lola's. Please try if you haven't already. Love this cake shop!

Such a lovely cake!! It was beautiful and delicious, delivered perfectly on time by a friendly driver - the service was fantastic from start to finish! The cake was bigger than we thought and certainly made my dad's birthday special. We will definitely be ordering again!!

Wow wow wow!!! Ordered from here fkr the first time. I ordered a chocolate fudge cake for my daughters 14th birthday, i added some cake toppers just for fun. It was so easy to order and my delivery was great. I got a text message to tell me exactly when is was coming. Driver was very friendly to.
I am not a cake lover , neither do i have a sweet tooth, but i must say this was the nicest cake i have ever tasted!!! Will 100% be ordering from here in future. Highly recommended. Thank yoy Lola's cupcakes , i wish i had come across you sooner.

Visited Selfridges on New Years Eve and come across Lola’s cupcakes. Would recommend the vegan cakes they were moist and delicious. My kids loved the mini chocolate vegan cupcake and the biscoff cupcake

All I can say is wow! What fantastic service, brilliant prices and the CAKE! Not only did it look beautiful it was decadent, chocolate amzingness I couldn't be happier. I was so happy and so was my husband as it was his birthday. Thank you Lola's for making my birthday celebration a success!

I ordered the vegan Victoria sponge cake for my husbands birthday. It was absolutely beautiful. Fresh strawberries, blueberries and raspberries on top and vegan cream. The taste was absolutely divine. I couldn’t get over how scrumptious it was. The cake was moist and wasn’t overly sweet. The cream was lovely and not a crumb was left on our plates. I’ll definitely be buying all celebration cakes from Lola’s from now on.

Ordered a cake for my dad's 90th. The cake went missing on delivery date. After complaining, the lady dealt with the problem professionally and courteously getting a replacement delivered to my house within 3 hours. It was delicious. Will use again.

I ordered delivery of flowers and cupcakes with personal image for my colleague who temporary lives in Cambridge. It was my first experience in ordering something abroad so I worried a bit. But the service was really amazing, all my questions were answered right away and the quality and quantity of presents is fascinating!!!

We stopped for a drink and a cupcake, ended up buying a few cupcakes for my daughters friends, they were so good that they wanted to share with her friends. The place is so nice, the decoration of the cupcakes are so cool, and if we talk about service, WOW! Natalia and Pedro made us feel so welcome. They are amazing this 2 guys, I will definitely come back. Best service ever!

If I could give Eliza 10 stars I would! Eliza went above and beyond for me yesterday to find out if I could safely enjoy my favourite red velvet cupcakes as I am pregnant. Firstly Eliza took her time to get out the allergen folder to see if there was information on there. Then she looked online showing me all the ingredients. We were both looking for the world pasteurised but it wasn't to be seen. She then said she would call head office to find out which she did but they were very busy at the time. She then went to the extent to take my number and the this morning I woke up to a text message with a link that gave me assurance that lolas use pasteurised eggs and milk. It's not often that someone would dedicate all that time for one customer to ensure happiness and satisfaction. Eliza most definitely showed dedication and her service for me was beyond outstanding.

I might also add that I visited lolas in Liverpool street station and asked them the same thing and one lady looked at me like I was speaking a difference language. She asked someone else and she said that lolas used unpasteurised ingredients and off I went.

So the difference in service huge. Thank you Eliza for all the time you spent on me. I am absolutely delighted with your service!
