Went for afternoon tea with my family. The place is very cozy and chill. The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious (especially the finger sandwiches!!). You will definitely not leave the Zetter hungry, but they offer you take-away boxes if you don't manage to eat everything! :-)

Nestled in Marylebone, The Zetter Townhouse shines as a beacon of afternoon tea elegance. This hidden gem combines tradition with a modern flair, offering a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle. The tea selection impresses with both classic and exotic blends, complemented by an exquisite assortment of finger sandwiches, scones, and pastries. Each bite is a testament to culinary craftsmanship, delivering a harmony of flavors and textures. Beyond the delightful treats, it's the serene ambiance and attentive service that complete the experience, making The Zetter Townhouse a must-visit for a quintessentially British afternoon tea with a contemporary touch.

I came with my little sister for the tea and it was absolutely delicious. They faced some issue with the service the day we were there. To us, it was really minor but other guest were more annoyed. However, they apologized for everything and were really generous. I highly believe in qualitative service and this also include recognizing mistakes and having the right response to the customer. Therefore, I 100% recommend this place and I’m also looking at booking a table for my next trip. From the decor to the food (and the teaaaa), it was amazing!

A superb place to stay for a few days. The location is fantastic, close to all attractions, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful area. The rooms are very clean and equipped with all the amenities you need. The staff is very friendly and professional, willing to provide you with any information and suggestions about the area. Excellent value for the price!

Everything about this stay was great. The rooms, the location and the staff. Fantastic!

One slight comment is that the hot water wasn’t hot enough in the shower and the water pressure was rather weak in general.

Again otherwise, 5 stars all around! Loved the stay

We stayed two nights at the hotel. Our room was beautiful and very spacious with a great bathtub. It was equipped with a tea and coffee machine and everything that you would expect and more. The staff were extremely lovely, helpful and thoughtful. We also had the chance to try their afternoon tea, which was delicious, as well as their breakfast. The foods and drinks are served in the magnificent Seymour’s Parlour which is beautifully decorated and very cozy.
Its location is also a huge perk : it’s a two minute walk away from Hyde park and the station Marble Gate. The price is extremely fair and the quality of the service makes it completely worth it. Would 100% recommend !

I brought my parents here for afternoon tea. I had saved Elensham's post on instagram of her afternoon tea with her parents in Dec 2019 and thought I will bring mine as well! I eventually had to wait 3 years and now I regret I had waited so long to visit this amazing place. This was the best afternoon tea I had in London, excellent quality in every food item. The Uncle Weymour's Christmas selection was so delicious, perfect scones and that macaron! You could feel at every bit that everything was fresh and had the finest ingredients. And the service was just outstanding, thank you in particular to Filippo and Brando that really made us feel home. I can't wait to be back for afternoon tea with my best friend but also to try what looks like an amazing cocktail list in front of the fireplace with my sister. Great work!

We stayed one night due to a Central London wedding. The location was perfect and so easy to access. The design of the hotel is very fun and a pleasure to step into their world. Our room was stunning, really standout. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a special, Central London stay.

We went for afternoon tea. It was amazing. Our favorite of all the places we've been for tea.
Such a nice array of options for sandwiches, scones and sweets.
The cocktails were amazing and the ambience is so quaint and picturesque.

We went there for a boozy afternoon tea. Lovely experience overall. Food and cocktails were fantastic. Rob, or server, was welcoming and made the whole experience come together. Highly recommend. We'll be coming back for the Pride month menu!

Brilliant boutique hotel in Marylebone. We stayed in the loft room which also had an outside bath on a small balcony. Fairly large room, comfortable bed. Great cocktails in an atmospheric bar.

We went for an afternoon tea.

They have options for vegetarian as well as non vegetarians.

The place is quite small.
They have very cramped sitting.
They have too many tables in a small interior and so fit in many people on each table.
Though the experience for the afternoon tea was good but its a bit pricey.
The service is good.

Central to nearly all the major locations in London proper, the Zetter is a prime hotel for enjoying London. For a first-time visitor, having the convenience of Buckingham Palace and several iconic sites around it is superb! The service and level of care of the staff to guest happiness is equally excellent. My room was immaculate, quaint and comfortable, I couldn't recommend the Zetter more. I will be back!

Rather terrific evening thanks to Eljesa Saciri for arranging.

We honestly had a less than great experience on our first visit few months back.

However tonight was sublime , good service and good quality food and drink in gorgeous decor.

Recommended destination cocktail bar.

Fantastic afternoon tea near the Marble Arch. Great tea selection, very aromatic Earl Grey, and the Cloud Tea was delightful. Good value for afternoon tea in London, made with decent quality ingredients. The ambience is quite unique with various nostalgic decorative pieces. The serve staff was friendly and accommodating.

Cute little place for the perfect high tea experience, situated just behind the busy ad buzzing Oxford Street. We ordered both the tea sets to share, good selections of sandwiches and cakes, however, it's lack of tea selections, but being there just made up the whole experience as we felt like we were back in time at the Victoria era, it's all down to the interiors and decorated. Another thing to top it up was the customer service, super staff friendly and efficient service. If you are not much into tea, there is a cocktails list which you can easily turn high tea with scones into "high in alcohol with scones", all reasonable prices for central London, would I go back!? It's a big fat yes!
