Amazing service, the best lash technicians I’ve been to so far, been using them for over 8 years now. I travel a lot and have tried a lot of different lash places all over but so far PrimaLashes remains the best. They pay attention to every little detail and are super professional. Had a wonderful first experience at Primalashes. I got a hybrid set of classic + volume and it was exactly what I was looking for - the lashes look natural and are not too heavy. Best place I've tried in London so far in terms of quality of lashes and professional service. The location is very central and their interior space is so peaceful and relaxing.

Best lashes in town! Professional technicians and beautiful salon. I have been doing my lashes with them for a very long time now (since they had the salon in Knightsbridge) and I only trust them to do it. For me no one is better in London. Absolutely recommended!

I booked an appointment with Prima lashes as my usual lady was busy, it was a blessing in disguise! I’m so impressed with my lashes! I’ve had barely any fall out and they are still full and fluffy! They feel incredibly natural and I’ve had so many people compliment my lashes!! Needless to say I will only be booking with prima now! ...

So nice and natural set. But what impressed me the most is the really professional salon. It's very clean and they sterilize their hands and tools before and after the treatment which really reassures me. I also like that they only do lashes so they really know what they are about. I cannot recommend them enough

They know what they are doing here! Very professional service. And really beautiful salon. Was a bit difficult to find as it is on the 3rd floor but as soon as you get in, you know you are in the right place for lashes. Thank you. I waited 3 weeks to write a review so that I could see how well they last. I’m very happy. 3 weeks now and they still look the same like I first got them!

I rarely do reviews, but I must say that Lina was the best eyelash technician. I am very sensitive to eyelashes and I was avoiding fake eyelashes because of past bad experience! Not only my eyelashes are perfect and didn’t affect my sensitivity but I am definitely visiting soon for my refill! Fantastic service!

The lashes work is very good. I love my lashes and i get amazing compliments on them. The staff is super friendly and very understanding. Great service ans great after sale service. I definitely recommend!

Great lashes! They have lasted 4 weeks and look so natural, I would highly recommend this place. I’ve searched high and low for a decent lash studio, I’ve had lashes fall out after a week, the actual procedures were painful and uncomfortable but not this place, they got everything right. I was very happy and will be back!

Honestly the best place for lashes and definitely worth the money! If you look after them well - they will last you ages and still look good! Staff are all super talented - so i don't need to worry about not getting a particular person as they are all really good! Would definitely recommend and will always go back!

I have never had a great experience with lash extensions, after having had them done when I was 15 and it I going terribly wrong I said I would never have them done ever again.

However, last December I had the pleasure of visiting PrimaLashes for the first time in years and my love for lash extension began then. They really listened to what I wanted, they made me feel so comfortable and made the experience amazing. I have never loved lash extensions like I do now, the lash technicians are all very well trained and their lash techniques are great, making the lashes look natural, fluffy, and the right shape to suit my eye. My own lashes are all still in great condition which is the most important thing.

& the salons are so so so pretty.

I have been using prima lashes for over 3years now. The reason I come back again and again is due to the quality of the lashes and the attention to detail.
I have not had any problems with my natural lashes these last few years as they pay really good attention to detail to isolate properly. They genuinely care about what they do so manage to to fit me in even if it's out of hours.

I've been coming here since I moved to London just over a year ago. The reason I keep coming back is because they specialize in lash extensions ONLY. The lash artists are extremely good at what they do. And I always get compliments on my lashes. Beautiful studio, convenient location and talented lash artists.

I was recommended by a colleague at work to come here and I am very pleased! 1 hour to do a basic standard set is amazing to fit around our busy lives. They are quick but the quality of the work they do is fantastic. Lovely staff and very relaxing for a nice snooze while they do their work. Great lashes!!

I've been going for 2 years now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I tried a lot of places around London before I found Prima and nowhere is even close to how good the customer service/lashes are here. Everyone is so welcoming and lovely, no waiting, very relaxing, a light and happy space.. & you get exactly what you ask for. Every time I go I am so impressed. it's also very Covid friendly! I love the place, professional & friendly staff, stunning lashes that no one can go wrong about them, I’ve been having semi permenant lashes on for the past 5 years, but nothing worked nor damaged my own lashes as PRIMALashes as I’ve been having them for a year now.. their technique and the quality of the lashes are just the best.
