Really quick response time from Jeremain. Came out to help me last minute on a Saturday. Our immersion had stopped working leaving us with no hot water. Really knowledgeable and got on with the job at hand.

My tenants contacted me regarding a problem with a socket that had short circuited and blew a psp and the Wi-Fi . I was concerned in case there was a problem with the electrics at the property and risk to life to my tenants. Within the hour Jermaine attended to the property, did an inspection, replaced the socket and spoke to neighbours. He identified that a lightening storm had resulted in a power surge to the property. My mind was instantly put at ease. He was incredibly professional and prioritised the job. Absolutely fantastic service.

They were so helpful and honest. They could have come out to my property and charged me the standard call out fee. They didn't, they told me the information I needed to help my situation which saved me a lot of money. Most companies will not do that. They are on my permanent call out list. Awesome service.

I was helping a neighbour with a new light fitting, and I knew I was out of my depth so gave EVP Electrical a call. They were responsive and able to send an electrician out within an hour. Jermaine was a true professional, and installed the problematic light fitting with ease, and also found and fixed a few other faults. I can't recommend the team and him enough.
