Exceptional is the word that comes to mind. We are only on day 2 of a 4 night stay and are absolutely in love with this hotel. The team is so personable and somehow all recognize you and call you by name which is incredible. The concierges are awesome. Genadi, Massimiliano and Richard went above and beyond for us setting up reservations, transportation you name it. The location is amazing definitely spring for a Hyde park view if you have the means to do so! The butler service was also very helpful with ironing/steaming clothes that got a bit too wrinkled from our travels!

Absolutely thrilled with the cigar collection! The person in charge of the lounge was super friendly, and I think the manager, Ravi, went above and beyond to help us out. 😃

I had the pleasure of staying at the Wellesley Hotel Knightsbridge for three nights in September, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the warm and attentive staff made me feel like a valued guest.

The hotel's luxurious ambiance and elegant decor immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. My room was beautifully appointed with every amenity I could wish for, including a comfortable bed, and a spacious bathroom.

The highlight of my stay, however, was the impeccable service provided by the staff. The team at the Wellesley went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay.

I highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a top-tier hotel experience in London. My stay here was truly unforgettable, and I look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team at the Wellesley for making my stay so memorable!

We just had the pleasure of a wonderful stay at the Wellesley to celebrate a birthday weekend. From the moment arriving the service was attentive and personal, the room simply stunning, and very well appointed. We had a beautiful junior suite with a park view. We took advantage of the Chauffeured lift to dinner and very much enjoyed the company of our driver and his insightful stories of the area. Breakfast was great, and again freindly and attentive service. this is a small hotel, and that makes for a very welcoming and personalised experience. I cannot praise the hotel or team enough and will most certainly be back, can't wait!

If you type in the best cigar lounges in the world, there are 11 cigar most exclusive lounges, and one of them is in London called the Wellesley, located inside a luxury property collection of Marriott Hotel. Amazing collections of cuban cigars. The cheapest cigar is 90 GB pounds, which is the equivalent to $117 per stick !! And they also have one of the most expensive cigar I have ever seen. They're vintage and rare,i t'll blow your mind !
A stick of the rare Cohiba Behike 40th for $10,500 per stick. Yes, that's right, per stick ! And a glass of Macallan 50 ( keep in mind there's only 2 oz in a glass) for over $11K.
Service was impeccable, and the food and dessert were superb. It's worth the visit even if you don't get the Macallan 50 😊
Champagne wishes and caviar dreams...Salud!

Just exceptional. I have stayed in a lot of luxury hotels and it's very rare that staff I've never previously met seem to know my name already. It's very reassuring. And creates the ambiance of a luxury boutique hotel. Everyone from the check in staff, to the bartender Sebastien to the front staff and housekeepers just provide an exceptional service experience. There really is not anything I could say they did not do well from a service perspective. We loved the room. Very upscale and updated. Spacious bathroom. Beautiful common areas. And exceptional exceptional location across from Hyde park. I highly recommend you splurge and stay at the Wellesley on your next trip. Weekend concierge in particular was very top notch. I wish I had caught his name.

I just wanted to do a review just to say thank you to the Wellesley for the most magical stay. My husband and I are so grateful for what you did for us for our stay on Thursday 8/12 -Saturday 10/12 during our wedding on Friday 9/12. As a collective, we had a warm welcome from the wonderful doormen who helped us with parking up outside the hotel, helping us in with all of our wedding attire. The beautiful receptionists making us feel so welcome and showing us to our incredible room! The Ella Fitzgerald Suite, wow wow wow. Sooooo beautiful, comfortable, traditional English glamour and decor was superb. Our butler was lovely and was there ready to help with our last minute panics during the build up to the wedding! We had breakfast in bed the morning of our wedding which was insane, the eggs were edible gold! There wasn’t one thing we asked which was too much for the staff. The beautiful Sarah (I think her name was) helped my husband by pressing his shirt before we left which made it much easier so I didn’t need to! The cigar terrace has always been a favourite for us and service is second to non, but the hotel itself is a beautiful boutique small hotel which you’re waited on hand and foot and truly felt like a Queen over my wedding. We absolutely will never stay elsewhere when coming to London. If you’re reading this wondering what The Wellesley is like, I hope this sells you to stay there because I promise you won’t regret it. The only downfall is that I wish I stayed there for a whole week! Thank you to the whole team for making our wedding preparation and stays so magical. You guys will always have a special place in our hearts and can’t wait to stay there again! With love, The Pages x

Flawless…..our one night out in The Wellesley. We were greeted by a man that turned out to be a absolute Gentleman “Christian” we first enjoyed the pianist and lovely made drinks leading onto the Cigar room which was just a lovely experience but the icing on the cake was a personal tour of the cigar humidor by Christian. The mans passion just pours through and his extreme attention to detail had him come across the room because he had noticed I was having a harder draw than on my previous cigar and offered a solution “perfect draw” or a new cigar. Outstanding Hosts, ambiance, beverages and Cigars. Thank you so much, I will enjoy sampling your favourite cigar next time I come Christian. Kindest regards Paul & Tasha

Swanky boutique hotel in dazzling Knightsbridge. The Wellesley’s rooms and suites are among London’s best. Decor is a mix of provincial and deco, adorned with Hollywood portraits and famous cigar aficionados . Staff excelled and the bar and cigar scene are spectacular.

London’s best kept secret…The service supersedes any Four Seasons. The concierges here are a tribute to their profession. The boutique hotel is like staying in royal quarters.

Very high quality hotel. I had a junior suite with a beautiful view of Hyde Park. Housekeeping (and in general all of the staff) are extremely thoughtful and thorough. Air conditioning works even in winter. Free movies in the room are great (though the interface is clunky). There's a very popular cigar bar on the ground floor and you can smell it faintly throughout the hotel.

I’m usually brand loyal and Marriott properties are my hotels of choice, however I’m not usually as loyal to which property. This all changed on my past visit to London. Upon calling The Wellesley and explaining I was having trouble finding parking the concierge immediately said circle the block and I will be waiting for you. Sure enough as I came around the corner there he was making sure I knew where to go and park. The experience only got better as Juan at the desk checked us in and realizing we were quite tired from our flight from the US started asking for preferences on going to our room or grabbing a quick bite. The concierge again offers his services in suggesting restaurants and timing so we could unwind and plan our evening. He made us a reservation for COYA, a true dining experience with a call and let us know they would be expecting us. Only after getting to COYA did we realize this is a hot ticket and reservations are usually several weeks out. After traveling UK for business we decided to stay at The Wellesley our last night and again Juan and the staff were there to make sure our stay was truly an experience. We will be staying at The Wellesley on all of our trips to London.

I was here for afternoon tea which was amazing. I had ordered the Gunshot tea which was an early harvested green tea, both aromatic and flavorful. We had a variety of pastries ordered from their menu. A combination of scones, biscuits, and macarons. The atmosphere was excellent except for the smell of cigars possibly coming from the bar. The pianist in the room would play every so often and had played songs throughout our time there. The experience was wonderful and would recommend it to anyone looking to have afternoon tea.

We had the most amazing weekend. The hotel is small but beautiful. Our suite was fantastic, overlooking Hyde Park. The staff are the hotel's best asset. They are both friendly and knowledgeable and made my husband's birthday feel very special.

Just had the Festive Afternoon Tea at The Wellesley and it was a wonderful experience. The service was attentive without being pushy and the surroundings are absolutely gorgeous. There was also a pianist playing Sinatra and the like; very fitting for The Jazz Lounge. Nice selection of teas and the food was quite good, with the exception of a few of the pastries being a bit overcooked. Top notch service for a relative steal. I cannot comment on the rumored minimum charge at the bar, but I would take that with a grain of salt. Overall, I highly recommend.

Love staying at The Wellesley. First stay I had a Hype Park View Junior suite which was flawless and the 2nd time I had an executive room which was gorgeous, quiet with a view to the rear. Staff are very friendly, professional and caring. Coming back late at night I was hounded on the street by two men looking to mug me as I was very fashionable dressed. Hotel security took care of everything. I was taken up the service elevator so they wouldn't see which floor I was on and while they escorted me to my room, hotel security took care of everything. I believe the hotel manager on duty was from Portugal. Lovely man and thank you. Food is delicious. rooms are gorgeous, lush and comfortable. I love this hotel. Its a small boutique hotel in the heart of knightsbridge. Perfect for a wonderful stay,
