I wanted to take a moment to share my outstanding experience at your La Tazza Caffe. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted with excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was enjoyable.

One feature that truly make me confortable is to providing of free WiFi. (Which I cannot say about the competitors "next door")
In this day and age, it's essential to stay connected, (it is absolutely necessary in 21st century) and your recognition of this need is commendable. I appreciate being able to get work and browse the internet seamlessly while enjoying your services.

I must also acknowledge the incredible efforts of Kiki, the owner. Kiki's commitment to customer satisfaction is evident, as they consistently went the extra mile to ensure that my visit was memorable. It's rare to encounter such dedication, and it made all the difference in my experience.

Another aspect that stood out to me was your reasonable prices. It's refreshing to find an establishment that combines great quality with affordability. I felt that I was getting excellent value for my money, and I didn't have to compromise on the quality of service.

The well-curated background music added to the overall ambiance of the place. It created a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, allowing me to focus and enjoy my time spent there.

One of the highlights of my visit was the convenience it offered. I had a few hours between my hospital appointments, and your establishment provided the perfect space for me to accomplish some work. It was super convenient to have everything I needed in one place, and I was able to be productive in a comfortable environment.

Lastly, I must commend the kitchen staff. The food was extraordinary, and I could tell that it was freshly cooked. The flavors were delightful, and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite.

Saw some negative reviews about this place as I had my dinner there and to be honest, I don't understand them at all. In short, a good value for money. Excellent service thanks to the very friendly and attentive staff. Food was tasty too. Ordered pepperoni pizza, spaghetti bolognese and hot chocolate, all of which were super delicious. Was surprised that this restaurant was empty on a Wednesday night but there were a bit more people coming in after 9pm. It definitely deserves more customers in my opinion!

Outstanding service in a small cozy family run cafe. I was serviced by a fine young boy who is a star. Food is amazing and plenty. Not cheap but worth the money. I noticed how they scrupulously clean the counter and food bar. Recommended

Soup and salad are gorgeuos. Ingredients are fresh. Most interesting is the smiling face decoration of the salad. Latte is very nice. We enjoyed the food very much. We came back 2 days later. Chief is a very nice guy who taught my daughter making the smiling face. 😄 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍

Great food! Fresh, and tasty. Staff are extremely friendly. Really like the way the place is decorated. We'll definitely come back when we're in the area.

Kimi is the best person I meet in London, very gentle and welcoming. The menu is very varied and you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or an excellent dinner with you family at great price. Highly recommended!

Amazing. Wonderful! Hidden gem.

My daughter is autistic and has a limited approved foods list. Jacket potato with butter & cheese is one of them. When we travel finding foods she will eat is one of the biggest challenges. Not only do they have wonderfully large jacket potatoes but the staff have been nothing but kind and helpful.

And I have enjoyed their food as well. It has become our London staple. I highly recommend.

Was looking for a bite to eat after a mid-afternoon appointment near Paddington Station. The thin-crusted generously sized pepperoni pizza served at this sidewalk cafe (at a little over £10) fit the bill perfectly!

Well prepared food and good service. The staff is very friendly and the prices are fair.

It was a very good choice eating here. The food was very good and the owners are charming. Its a comfy, quiet and delicious place to have a meal with friends or family.

A nice English breakfast to welcome us back to UK. Very close to Paddington station, perfect before jumping on train. Even got a free coffee refill!
