Caffè Nero

I go to this beautiful cafe in Sutton high street everyday to have my breakfast, the staff are Amazing, they're very friendly and very polite, they always exceeds my expectations and makes me feel so at home..the coffee ☕ taste so gorgeous and the foods always fresh..

Caffe Nero does exceptional coffee. I am a frequent customer because of their tasty coffee drinks especially ones with syrup! Their coffee is better in taste than Costa, and cheaper than Starbucks.

Catherine and the rest of the team are always friendly, professional and a pleasure to see. The service is always good with a great atmosphere. We look forward to our regular drop in.

This is my favourite place to have a coffee or something to eat. In Sutton, staff very kind and quick serving. I had a vanilla soya latte and it was perfect. The place is very clean and the location is good for transports and shops.

Staff are excellent here and compared to Starbucks opposite next to the Time Sq entrance it's 10 times cleaner! Above here I'm here for the Latte and in my opinion it's better than both Starbucks, Costa and the large Nero's!!

Had a luxury hot chocolate which was lovely and the staff were very friendly. I did not eat anything so cannot comment on the food. Overall, good friendly service and great hot drinks.

I would like to share, the staff at the cafe are amazing. Always smiling, friendly and when I'm there they lift my spirits. But I'd also like to respond to a comment from a few days ago. When we have a bad day, should we take it out on the staff, just because we have decided that they will be the scapegoat and we as customers always have the right to behave inappropriately? My advice is before we write a complaint to de try to put ourselves in the other party's shoes because they have bad days too ,but this does not affect the client.Let's appreciate the fact that they work hard,before we make a complaint

The Festive Black Forest mocha is delicious. The person who served us with the piercings is truly the most helpful, polite, person with the most excellent customer service. I wish I could have seen a name badge to email head office to say so!

I've only been to this Caffè Nero a couple of times, but I hope to visit more in the future. Staff have been very nice in my experience, always greet and serve with a smile and make sure you have everything you want. Highly recommended.

My friend and I have been going here for around a year, we spend 3-5 hours here every time we visit because the atmosphere is amazing and the staff are so friendly. The seats are comfortable and the music is good and quiet and you never feel you are being rushed out once you've finished your drinks. The drinks are affordable and the loyalty card is always useful. Finally the place is really clean which is brilliant- the only bad thing is that it isn't open later and the water is a bit expensive.

Friendly staff , always smiling !!! Looks like most reviews are about wc hygiene and old furniture, well at least wash your hands and flush the water in the toilet you miserable c*nts ......

Nice venue, good staff and just right for a coffee break. Pricing is getting more tricky. Good food options and they actually had what I wanted.
