adidas Flagship Store London

Great atmosphere at this Adidas store, especially during a busy weekend. The service was smooth, and the vibes were amazing, thanks to a fantastic DJ. I also appreciated the stylish merchandising and the presentation of their products.

I like this store. It is clean and tidy with plenty of space to walk around. Staff at desk was polite and friendly. I went in for a refund and it was all very straightforward.

A+ Experience at the Adidas Flagship Store!

I had a fantastic experience at the Adidas Flagship store on Oxford Street! The store itself is incredible, but what truly impressed me was the exceptional service I received from Kevin and Ozzy in the flocking section.

I was on the hunt for a specific pair of limited-edition Sambas and wasn't sure if they were even in stock. But also found lovely jerseys for my two sons. The store allowed customization. So it was a must.

Kevin and Ozzy then stepped in to help with the customization process. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the flocking options and offered creative suggestions that perfectly matched the look I was going for. Their enthusiasm for the brand and their genuine desire to help customers was refreshing.

Thanks to Kevin and Ozzy, my visit to the Adidas Flagship store was an absolute pleasure. They not only found the perfect jerseys but made the entire customization process fun and engaging. I highly recommend this store, especially if you're looking for top-notch service and a great selection of Adidas shoes and jerseys.

They also had a live DJ which was terrific.

The products of Adidas always amused me and being in this store surrounded by almost every thing imaginable was an experience on its own .

The best was the free Running and Gait analysis I got from the store .

Nice spacious store spread over 4 floors. Toilet available, interesting displays and props. Customised footwear available. Staff friendly and helpful.

Not sure who was on the service desk today, but they did such an amazing job of fixing a problem. Picked up some shoes to try on which didn’t fit, originally they didn’t process the order correctly but another team member: (braids, black tracksuit), went above and beyond to fox the issue. Well done team!

Had a great time getting to experience the Adidas flagship store! Store had four separate floors that were all unique in their own way. Almost felt like experiencing a museum more than a shopping experience which was very unique and fun.

I bought too many hoodies but that’s okay! I was treated so warmly in this store. It’s like they care about non-binary humans which is a first for me. So helpful and such a beautiful store. My girlfriend was jealous but i brought her home some goodies.

Part museum, part shop, cool place. Went on a group run from here trying out a pair of their latest and greatest lightweight running shoes. Free lockers. Everyone was very friendly and laid-back.

Unreal. This is a flagship store done right. Lots of new and I retesting products as well as depth to the stock and options. Ample areas across multiple floors helped people find there interest with more to discover. Good running section with the option to do gait analysis before purchasing shoes.
