The service I received for my families trip to Dubai was fantastic. Dinusha suggestions for the entire holiday were brilliant and made travelling so easy. The price was very competitive for the package we got. I would without doubt use and highly recommend Carlton Leisure.

I booked flights to Sri Lanka for a last minute emergency in August 2022 with Oscar and he has been very helpful and even when there was a change in the flight schedule he kept us informed and make all the necessary amendments to ensure we had a seamless flight.

At this difficult time I have had to deal with a number of flight agents and with the exception of Carlton Leisure they have all done zero to help me. The wonderful Udi has been in touch throughout the process of my flights being cancelled and then trying to get a refund from the airline. All my enquiries have been responded to promptly and I now have my refund. I have nothing but praise for the service I have received and hope in the future to book through this company again. Then we discovered Harry at Carlton Leisure and since then we have not used any other company. Harry (team leader) is unique. He is efficient, quick to respond and very caring. He has advised us assisted us and we have never had a problem with anything to do with our travels. He answers his phone 24/7 and always ready to assist. We have and will continue to recommend Harry to all our friends and family.

For more than 10 years I am a regular customer of the Carlton Leisure Company and have found them always accommodative, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. This was especially the relevant to this year booking where I had to book my flights at short notice under different circumstances. The process was carried out smoothly and entirely to my satisfaction (although they had to change the schedule several time to accommodate my requirements). Brilliant company to deal with We've booked multi city trips with them to New Zealand and to Japan without a hitch and all went off incredibly smoothly. Just booked a multi city trip to Canada and once again...polite, professional and incredibly competitive prices. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
