Best pub on earth. Gives the opportunity for artists to show artwork on its wall space. Come and find out for yourself why so many students from next door Camberwell College of Arts come here to chill after uni.

Favourite spot in Peckham! You can come here to have a coffee, a bite, a drink; to eat, study, work, socialise, attend an event since the organise lots of nice things. It’s cool and has its own aesthetics. Definitely a nice place to go anytime during the day or the week! There’s a small outside sitting area too, which is nice, especially if you smoke. Quite cheap in my opinion and as far as it concerns the menu, there are lots of vegetarian/vegan option with Sunday’s brunch to be strictly only vegan! Check out their happy hour deals too!

Cute little bar. Unfortunately when I visited they didn't have the gluten free beer (stock issues) but usually they would have daura damm.
The prices are reasonable, the seating areas are comfortable and they allow dogs. I've heard they also do great live events. The pizza also looked delicious!
Also there are gender neutral bathrooms.

Nice bar, good vibe, maybe add more of a selection of beers.

A lovely venue, great quirky coffee and bagel shop. Friendly staff and tasty ingredients. They also help out with the charity "South London Cares", that's how I found out about them. Definitely support them.
The bagels are always freshly prepared and very tasty, and although I've never had a cake from there, the people I'm with have, and have only good things to say about them.
Disappointed the eggs are gone though :P

Its one of the best local bar that we go to on the weekly basis. Its very chilled and casual place. People are nice and friendly. Drinks are cheap and decent. Although I haven't tried their food yet but they also do the bagel from brick lane. Great value for happy hours too.

We stumbled upon this place because we literally were staying in an apartment a few minutes walk away and on our arrival we wanted to go for a drink, but were too tired to actually go anywhere, so this looked like our best option. This turned out to be a good match for us, plus the prices were reasonable (for London) and the pizza was unexpectedly delicious (initially we went for just 1 for the 2 of us, but later had to order a second one, because we couldn't resist).
The atmosphere is extremely relaxed, but the food came pretty quickly, so it wasn't a bother for us. The interior is also partly a gallery, so it does have art vibes throughout and is quite reminiscent of Parisian bars, plus the building the bar is in, - is a beautiful 1920s example, but if you're looking for a Costa type of place - then it's unlikely you'll like it.
We visited the bar every day while we were in the area and were sad to find that it was closed (due to Monday being a short day) on our last evening. Oh well, until next time!

Perfect place to have a coffee (or a can of lager) and write or have a relaxing chat with friends. Great atmosphere, whether empty or full, shabby charm, fits in well with the scruffy Peckham ethos. Enjoy the literary events they have there, also. Good pizza, too, I think, though it's been at least a year since I ordered any food.

Definitely for a younger (or young at heart) crowd who enjoy an informal and friendly service and atmosphere. It is low budget, but full of charm, interesting characters and clever creatives.

A decent choice for a post South London Gallery drink or chat, or to rub shoulders with Camberwell art college's finest.

Pizza is served in the evening, and drinks are reasonably priced.

Great pub that’s popular with locals and students. Famous for its 2.50 cans of Red Stripe but also has delicious pizzas in the evening and hosts a vegan brunch pop up on Sundays.

Good affordable pizza. Cute setting. I was there for a really enjoyable poetry event. They very much had an international range of people reading and I had lots of wine.

It is a good place for art lovers and hipsters. The setup is awesome and the bills are affordable. The while environment was unique and ancient. I would indeed go back there.

Great place to unwind after a tough day, not the normal pub atmosphere, but also great place to have a drink. Artwork on the walls and general decor is just nice!
