get the dirty milk tea!! it has brown sugar syrup, its cheaper than other places like ding tea whilst tasting just as good. get 25% sugar thats the best
been here many times, all of the fruit teas are amazing and the only bad thing i could say is that the black pearls sometimes are in clumps but other than that i love this place

I came in to get boba for the first time this Thursday, and I have to say the service and drinks were impeccable. The girl was really friendly and patient and explained everything before suggesting the perfect drink: Dirty Milk tea for me! Definitely reccoment!

My regular spot for much needed pick-me-ups during afternoon slumps. Lovely bubble tea, attentive staff, and beautiful cakes! I thoroughly enjoy all their cakes (matcha mille crepe, Japanese cheesecake, and strawberry roll cake), however, the strawberry roll cake is a special favourite.

And so, I ordered a whole roll by contacting East & Tea.Co directly (12 slices, a few are missing in the photos because we weren't patient enough)...it was so delicious, I just had to share.

Beautifully fluffy strawberry sponges, carefully filled with two types of a delicate cream cheese (I think? One lightly flavoured with strawberry, the other just cream cheese/cream), fresh strawberries tucked within, and lovingly topped with a ribbon of cream (?) and fresh raspberries (which we didn't expect!!)! Just looking at the photos makes me hungry again! (Apologies if the second photo is lower in quality, I have removed my messy kitchen from sight)

This went beyond our expectations as the individual strawberry rolls in-store differ slightly from the ordered whole roll (e.g the in-store rolls have a delightful strawberry jelly (?) inside instead of a strawberry). East & Tea.Co were so lovely throughout the ordering process. The customer service is A+++ - for example, the raspberries were a special surprise!

Utterly delicious! I can't wait for another special day to come by again so I can order another whole roll!

I bought a chocolate milk tea with tapioca balls and it was absolutely delicious 😋
My daughter bought coconut milk tea with tapioca and hers was really tasty as well.
She also bought a kiwi fruit tea with coconut jelly which was very tasty...highly recommended by a new bie as I have not tasted these before 👍🏼
15/08/21 Had two more flavours pina colada and taro - both great flavours. Pina colada is a bit sweet so get zero sugar in it 👍🏼

Great service from the team (especially since we were there so early on a Sunday morning!) and a really great selection of flavours here. The wintermelon tastes like Christmas in a cup! Also really loved the big open waiting space and spooky decorations

So pleased to see a bubble tea place on Sutton High Street. They have a wide variety of flavours and their bear mascot is so cute!

They have good bubble teas and I love their service and food I love it

Best bubble tea place I’ve ever tasted! Beats all of the places in Chinatown even. I always get the Taro with blueberry boba and they never disappoint me!

Always lovely staff and such a great vibe when ever me and my partner visit. Its great to have a bubble tea shop in Sutton with such a variety of flavour tea.they are always helpful at recommending new teas for my partner and so far we have liked every single one.
Also if you get a chance try the cheesecake! So soft and yummy 😋

I just came in and was blown away the service was amazing I was flabbergasted with the amazing taste of the boba the flavour was flowing into my mouth the brown Suger milk tea was so delicious and the two girls in there gave me a right good service

My go-to for bubble tea! Quality bubble tea and delicious cakes. I personally love the Japanese cheesecake and strawberry roll cake slice. They are so fresh, light, soft, and not too sweet. Lovely customer service and my orders via Just Eat are ready to deliver quite promptly 😊 The bear mascot is also so cute which is a nice touch ❤🐻

The Dirty milk is a favourite and the Honeydew is also very nice.

It's an amazing place in Sutton especially for people who like fruit tea with popping bubbles.

My personal favs are: Brown Sugar with tapioca 100% sugar and Mango & Passionfruit with lychee popping bubbles.

The atmosphere is great, and the staff is really friendly. The bubble tea itself is delicious, but quite expensive, which is fair enough since the café is pretty new. There's variety you would see at any chain store, and overall I really recommend visiting!

This is really rare , but I’m giving this shop 5 stars ! I really enjoyed going there , the shop was small but cute ! The staff where kind and the bubble tea was amazing ! I’m also happy they had some pocky there as well , next time I come I’m definitely going to get more ! Lovely place - 5 stars !

The Japanese cheesecake were amazing and the owner is a such friendly welcoming person and the store is very clean. I also recommend the milk tea they are perfectly balanced. I can’t wait to go back and try out some more of their food.

A wide variety of bubble teas available. I’ve had three drinks so far, and all of them have been well made and tasty. It’s a small shop but has a clear one way system making it Covid-19 safe.

I went to this place the other day and this very sweet girl called Mika served me. I was unsure on what to get and she recommended me several items. I will definitely be coming back purely based on the great customer service. Oh and the drinks were amazing !!!

Would definitely recommend the poeple are so nice and the atmosphere is amazing, so far I’ve tasted I think 3/4 flavours and they were all amazing! 🤩😋if u would like something that’s not overwhelming or too powerful in taste this shop is for u!
