My great gratitude for the care I receive always when I need. Thank you very much for the great professionalism and humanity. I would like to mention their names but I am not sure if it is allowed so thank you very much for the wonderful service today and not only!

Surely you meet bad and good people in life, but I never met anyone bad at this surgery. Been coming here for nearly 3 years, alone or with my baby, ill, concerned, confused. Never been let down by anyone, always guided and reassured.
All the receptionist ladies are super stars, giving a 100% everyday.
Thank you kindly for doing a such noble job.

Can't recommend this surgery highly enough. I have been a handful of times since moving to the area about 6 months ago - the front desk staff have always been helpful, kind and efficient. I had to book an emergency appointment this morning and the triage over the phone was super quick, despite being 25th or so in the phone queue when I called. I was dealt with on time by a really thoughtful and patient Dr (Dr. Miller) who then also called later with some further advice on my issue over the phone- great follow up care! I noticed how caring all the front desk staff were to some elderly and otherwise vulnerable patients in reception too. I know everyone complains about the NHS but I really think everyone here is doing their best to help everyone they can, and it's much appreciated! Thanks Park Road Staff! :)

I called the surgery yesterday to get an appointment for yearly blood tests, as usual the lovely receptionist(s) was so helpful and offered me an appointment for today. A lovely nurse/phlebotomist took my blood quickly and painlessly even though I have dreadful veins. I have been with this surgery since 1983 so my then 3 children were looked after here and my husband. I cannot praise this surgery enough. For those of you that report rude receptionists perhaps look at your own behaviour and manners, in all the years I have been using this surgery I have only been met with kindness and help especially when they could detect I was very tearful and anxious on the phone so a massive thank you from me.

Previously I've said the reception team are dragons. However, in the last 12 months they've hugely improved. The GPs, as always, are outstanding - they care and are thorough,.

I haven't lived in the area very long ( 3 years) but I've always been treated very well by Park Road Surgery. I've always found the receptionists to be very accommodating, and the doctors and nurses professional, empathetic and friendly. I was recommended Park Road Surgery when I moved here, and I pass on that recommendation happily. Very grateful for it and for Teddington Memorial too. Excellent local services.

I'm really impressed by this surgery. The GPs are engaged, on the ball and friendly. They offer a wide range of tests and services.

It's always easy to get appointments, be seen in person and over the phone. The online system for repeat prescriptions works really well.

What else, the reception team are helpful and pleasant. All in all, very good, and i'd recommend it to people looking for a local practice.

They are always busy as every NHS practice, but the people working here are professional and helpful

It was hard deciding on GPs given pretty poor reviews generally. Having read these I was very nervous about appointments. I come from somewhere where I have had to wait one hour to book an appointment and that is if I get through. This practice has been great. I am have always been able to speak to someone quickly to book an appointment and both times got appointments on the day. The practice has stairs for some of their consultation rooms and I had brought my baby who was asleep. The doctor came down and did the examination downstairs so I didn't have to wake her.

We feel very lucky to be registered patients at Park Road Surgery. The medical staff is helpful and caring and we feel the receptionists try their best to accommodate the requests thrown at them (which is very valuable, specially because medical attention can be asked in rather stressful situations).
A special word of appreciation to Yasmin from reception as she went the extra mile and on a topic which I thought there was nothing that could be done, she found a way. Thank you!

Great doctors surgery with very friendly staff. Janine, our travel nurse was absolutely great with us. She gave us great advice and was very patient centered. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to travel and needs vaccinations, but also with great service. Thank you

Really pleased with how quickly they got me in for my ‘emergency’ appointment. My veneer has come off so not painful but needed to be fixed. Dr is very professional and helpful. Will be back - think we found our local dentist!

From when you walk in the door, to when you leave your appointment, this is a first-class surgery with fantastic, professional staff in all areas! We're delighted we're patients here!
