Asda Isle of Dogs Superstore

Hello, We had the trolley scarcity for 2 months in a row. So many complaints made. People were struggling all the time. It was even worse in the peak hours. I know some groups stopped going to ASDA and found alternatives, though aSDA has the best price deals. Finally, just last week ASDA brought around 300 new (mid-size) trollies because of the Christmas sale and New Year. Now at least we could stop chasing people for trollies with a penny.

I love visiting this Asda even though I have a few which are closer to where I live. I love the huge range of stock and halal options available. I’ve always enjoyed my experience here and choose to visit here over all other local supermarkets. There’s never been an item I was looking for which they didn’t stock. The car park is huge and so is the store itself! Highly recommend this Asda to all! Well done Asda!

My go to shopping supermarket. Come here for grocery essentials, clothing and toiletries. Prices are reasonable better than Tesco sainsburys prices. Shelves are always stacked and easy to find as everything is where it’s meant to be. Staff are helpful store is clean and plenty of parking always come here for a food shop.

ASDA with specious parking and local buses connecting east london. Also near the DLR station connecting Canary Wharf. Avoid busy hour better experience after 8PM

I recently purchased an air fryer, and I'm just thrilled with how easy and tasty it is to cook with it. But what really made this experience special is the recipe book that I bought on Amazon. Simple recipes and very delicious dishes.

Has most things instore from food clothing household items and a nice cafe. Can still pay with cash or card. Not as many tills open now. Wheelchair friendly.

As soon as I was done shopping tonight, I wanted to write this review.
Around 8:20pm on 19th of September, there was a gentleman working at the self check out and he is just the best!
He is the prime example of how important humans are to a business even after technology making many redundant.
He didn’t need to give us a fake smile and a wow inducing problem solution to showcase great customer service. All he did was to be gentle, genuine, and attentive while making the briefest conversation with us.
This man, was the highlight of the month for my partner and I. He is truly great and coming from a retail and HR background myself, ASDA you have a gem that you need to appreciate.

I never shop at ASDA but for him, I will more starting today.

I have been shopping at Asda multiple times. Lots of people in Asda want to do the shopping or rather shop online at home.

Omg! I had no idea I was living this close to the superstore. Yes, be careful of the fresh produce and ensure everything is in order before buying. The sheer scope of purchases is incredible. From clothes and shoes to groceries to glasses and of course, the ASDA cafe. I had a lovely lunch here for just £5. Did I mention they have free Wi-Fi? It’s my new lifeline!

It's not perfect, but still typically a good experience. There's a large selection of products, no queues, and the staff are always kind and helpful. The opening hours are great too. Products (especially meats and cheeses) could be stocked up a bit more, as they are commonly out by the evening, but there's normally a wide range of alternatives. The main thing I dislike is item prices being arbitrarily increased (sometimes nearly doubled) just to then be "rolled back" a few weeks later, but I guess that's just an ASDA policy that the individual shop is forced to follow.

Well stocked market, good prices and friendly staff. Managed to get everything I need in just one store which is unusual for me. The cashier was polite and friendly. Nice shopping experience.

I went to asda isle of dogs today and a very kind and thoughtful lady named Janet who was working at the self checkout tills went out her way and requested a trolley for me as she saw I was carrying heavy goods in my bags. She went as far as to help me put my shopping in the trolley and it really made my day so much easier. I hope Asda Isle of dogs recognises her for her great customer service and genuine kindness. Well organized supermarket! There's good selection and authentic products. Shelves are are well equipped and organized, working people are very attentive and always happy to help.

I've been living close to Asda for almost one year and I have never had problems as people mentions here.

They have really good price and offers, fresh food, a vast variety of products as I never found in another superstore.

When I do the online shop they aways call me to check if it's possible to come earlier, even if I choose the cheaper and later delivery. Few times the food I have chosen was unavailable but they replaced it with other better and with a high value.

The customer service are great, I never had problems exchanging clothes, exchanging money for parking or trolley.

I feel I am lucky to live close to this great superstore.

Best supermarket in Canary wharf. You won't have to go anywhere else to find any household item. They have a very reasonable price range for everything. 🤩🤩🤩
