I take all of my cats here and have had great experiences. I have taken my cats for regular check ups, wound treatments, tail amputation and even euthanasia. Very different services each time, but every single one has been a positive experience.
The nurses are just lovely too. 🤗
Kind, gentle and genuinely love animals. I always know nurse Mara will give all my cats cuddles and make them feel comfortable during their stay. She is full of helpful advice, tips and always makes sure I understand what the home care is.

Medivet have always been nothing but helpful and kind when it comes to looking after my pup. The whole team really care about our pets and are super friendly and knowledgeable; it’s lovely to have them as part of the neighbourhood and they feel that way too!

Medivet Battersea are absolutely brilliant. They cared for our dog from the day we brought her home at 8 weeks old through to her last day. Dr. Miha performed a major life-saving surgery as well as multiple minor treatments for cheeky dog injuries, and Dr. Nick provided kind and compassionate end-of-life care for our sweet pup. They’re excellent communicators and take the time to answer questions. The nursing staff showed the kind of affection toward our dog that you just can’t fake.

We highly recommend them to you. Do the right thing for your pet - get comprehensive pet insurance so you can give them the care they need, when they need it… and Miha and his team will do the rest.

i’ve recently vaccinated my cat here and all around it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and treated us nicely, especially the receptionist. I am so pleased with the care in handling my pet and they provided very good service. I would definitely recommend to take your pets here and ill be coming back!

Came in the other day with my fur baby and the treatment I received from the receptionist Amy was fantastic.
She was very welcoming, bubbly and helpful and despite looking busy with tasks took the time to get us settled and get us all booked in and answering questions we had about our appointment.

What an great way to start our appointment and her attitude really turned our day around when we were not having the greatest of day.

It's amazing how a little kindness can go a long way.

The appointment itself went well, the vets we're knowledgeable, professional and keen to help with our understanding. All in all a good visit, but Amy was a real stand out.

Nice place, amazing people. I took my dog the other day- a 40kg Labrador, only one year old. He was all excited, enthusiastic, energetic, jumping on the vet, wanted to play and run around. Everyone was patient, they made time to check up on it. They spoiled it with treats even after he pee on their shelves. He is much better normally, but he gets excited with new people/places. Anyway, only good things to say about the place- clean, professional and about the people - great team! I am really happy to have found it!

We have a very fussy and nervous male cat Lily-boy and he only allows their main vet Miha to touch him. Lily-boy has been looked after by him for 11 years. I am sure our cat feels Miha’s gentleness and kind heart. We are very happy with their service over all and can recommend them to anyone, particularly owners of nervous pets.

Fabulous practice for dogs. Phoned in the morning after pup was poorly in the early hours. Was seen that day. He's better now 🙌 Excellent value if use the Medivet scheme for checkups and flea/worm treatment. Just disappointed they don't see other pets like rabbits and rodents.

Hands down the best practice I've visited. The team was super helpful and efficient.

I have been taking my dog Charlie to Battersea Medivet for 8 years now - initially recommended by a good friend. Miha is an exceptional vet, and a beautiful person, so caring and always giving 100% every visit. This level of care and professionalism reflect on the culture of the whole team who are always nice, accommodating & super helpful.
It is such a great comfort to be able to rely on your vet and trust that they will look after your furry friend with love and much care. My experience over the years has always been a high standard of care, professionalism and understanding. I haven’t had a single “bad” experience, not once.
Any time I’ve called in to ask for advice or anything at all, the team were prompt to advise, help or even get back to me the same day with the right information.
There have been times I have non - intentionally missed an appointment, and was treated with nothing but kindness. No matter how busy the team are, I have never felt rushed, and any time I needed an emergency appointment, they would find the time for Charlie to be seen. Prompt and efficient at communicating, and always transparent with their fees, making sure you are well informed before any treatment takes place.

I honestly don’t know what more a person could ask for, I feel so lucky and extremely grateful!

Wonderful and caring vets, nurses, and receptionists. Although they were fully booked when our dog needed urgent care, they made room to accommodate her. Very thorough with their treatment and communication too. Highly recommended!

I had my very first puppy and these guys were our vets, they offer an amazing puppy clinic service of very reasonable and affordable value. Darroch and Bella were absolutely wonderful, they have such invaluable advice, information and support to me and my puppy, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Also, my friend's 12 year old labrador got very sick and died during the time we were attending the puppy clinics, and they could not have been more kind, sensitive and supportive to my friend during a very sad time. Again. Highly recommend.

From my heart, Medivet Battersea and Camberwell have both been super amazing to us and our cats.
We are now going to the one in Battersea and they are SOOOO welcoming and nice. It sincerely feels like home, and the staff like family. This is how they treat clients. I was amazed at how attentive and polite they all are. They even called to ask about our kitten now after it was really sick. I cannot thank the team enough for how they made us feel and the support they provided when we desperately needed it. Our cats were well looking after for sure. Its not only about them doing their work, they are actually caring and passionate about what they do. Always greeting clients with a smile when you walk in. They are a fantastic team. Keep it up guys. Im recommending all my friends and clients to you.

Our kitten was sick and they were able to make time for us straight away and diagnosed the problem with blood tests within a few hours

My two kittens went for their Spay & Neuter in the Battersea clinic, the staff and the vet were wonderful, lots of care and everything was explained.
The clinic is state of the art and spotless clean, I would recommend MediVet Battersea to anyone.
