Hawkers Bar and Brasserie

I am eating in this restaurant since it opened few years ago. Overall I would highly recommend. Food is good quality and priced well like for Doubletree restaurant and the area of Kingston upon Thames.
There is plenty of restaurants in the area ... I think that this one is worth trying, definitely convenient when staying at the hotel.
They refresh the menu every so often, I really like recent update to bar menu with pizza choice and snacks. Pizza is excellent!
I will return.

Had a great afternoon tea herewith with my grandmother. We got a great deal with Groupon and will definitely be coming back. The gluten and milk free selection was also excellent. Very well thought out and simple. The staff where very friendly and there is a car work opposite

We had lunch here on a Monday. The food and service were excellent, and the restaurant modern. We would recommend it. Our starters were good, then for main I had the "dirty burger" (cheese and bacon burger) and my wife had the chicken breast, both excellent. The waitress found out it was my birthday and decorated my banoffee pie pudding accordingly (she even did a solo singing effort!). Excellent.
Kids meals looked good value, so we will be going back with them.
Friday they were advertising a £1 Flat White offer, so would be worth checking that out too if you just fancy a coffee.

We visited there after a long walk by the river, this is a great place to catch up with friends if you prefer a quieter environment in the afternoon. The club sandwich and pizza we had was very nice.

Really great location, made me forget I was in London and have me that business trip feel. The receptionist, bar staff and hotel manager Sam were really friendly and helpful and went the extra mile for exceptional service. Highly recommended and will definitely be returning for food

Had the loveliest evening here for our Valentines Day meal. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was great and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The extra touch of the piano player made it feel really special. Will definitely be returning soon!

Great staff and unusual cocktails to enjoy! Unfortunately I wasn't really impressed with their brunch but others I was dining with really enjoyed their lunch meals. It was really the drinks that stole the show and we returned several times throughout our trip to try different coctails and re-order some of our favourites. Busy atmosphere with locals and hotel guests alike enjoying the bar and restaurant but still a space where you can easily chat. Really loved the decor too!

Fabulous Afternoon Tea
Just had a wonderful vegetarian afternoon tea at the Hawkers Bar and Brasserie. Christina looked after us from the moment we walked in - great service. The sandwiches and quiche were delicious and the cakes and scone were lip smacking yummy. Complements to the chef. The atmosphere was relaxed and we like the decor. Totally recommend this for a weekend treat.

Loved my night out at Hawkers, really can't say enough about this new Kingston restaurant and bar. Firstly, Merlin the manager - the best, enough said. Secondly, food, must haves that I tried were mushrooms on brioche - yum, and the slow cooked rib of beef - this is a serious jurassic sized rib, be hungry! Lastly this is a place you can come enjoy cocktails, ease into dinner, and be comfortable all night. There are so many stylish touches to this warm environment. It reminds me of a London members club but without the stuffy members! Looking forward to making this my regular.

I have been there for the Afternoon tea with my daughter. Very nice, quite atmosphere. I booked a table in advance but it was quite a few available during our stay there. My daughter really enjoined her first experience and choice of cakes.

Came here with some friends for a bottomless brunch, and it was great! The waitress - Giulia- was super friendly and very efficient, and the prosseco didn't dry up at all. Definitely would recommend!

I've popped into the Double Tree Hilton before and found the atmosphere to be great. The bar supervisor man Michael's been great to me from my experience.

I took my boyfriend here for his 20th birthday for bottomless brunch. It was possibly the tastiest brunch I've ever had and the staff were incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Me and a friend went for bottomless brunch and can’t rate it high enough. The service was great, the food was delicious and they are not stingey with the prosecco like other bottomless deals I have been too! Going to go again soon

One of Kingston's soon to be must-go venues. Great décor, service and beautiful drinks menu. This is what the town has been crying out for: a classy bar that is suitably away from the dirge of noisy nightlife concentrated in Kingston's centre.

Kid friendly, good solid food. Very convenient for parking at Seven Sisters to go shopping in Kingston

Outside .Adam was fantastic really looked after us and made our afternoon very enjoyable. Well worth a visit .

Great place next to the hotel. Only 4 minutes walk from Kingston Train Station. They also do afternoon tea with or without free flowing Prosecco

Very impressed with Hawkers Bar & Brasserie. Good service, attentive friendly staff, the food was presented very well & a great setting.
