Tiltyard Cafe

Of all the Historic Royal Palace cafes this one has the most varied menu and largest seating capacity with both inner and outer tables. The large umbrellas on the terrace are much needed in summer months, and the views very pleasing. A counter for cakes and afternoon teas, hot food as well as a salad bar. I chose mushroom quiche chips and a salad. All very tasty with a pot of tea available from the cake counter.

Good portion for the price. Well seasoned, and fresh. Salad options were surprisingly varied. Clean area and friendly staff. Great selection of desserts.

Fabulous respite after a day's touring magnificent Tudor Palace, and the NYC Met could take a cue from how to serve palatable food in a clean, modern atmosphere inside a museum!

Great place to sit and eat, loads of seating both inside and outside. Really helpful friendly staff. Food and drinks are a bit pricey but when you think about where it is then It's understandable.

The food was very good. We had the belly pork and it was very tender and cooked to perfection. Not bad price.

Great place for dinner food when visiting Hampton Court. There was a good vegan alternative to meat for vegans. The food wasn't overpriced and the portions were large which was nice after walking miles around the site.

This is an excellent cafe to have a hot meal/coffee & cake. Its clean and tidy and well managed by Michal and Patricia with very helpful staff and fantastic range of food. Try it our next time at HCP

Goats cheese pie was delicious. My friend had salmon, also delicious. Vegetables were cooked just right. Staff friendly and efficient. Tables were clean

Very clean, light and airy, a well laid out facility with indoor and outdoor seating in a walled garden setting. Good choice of meals, sandwiches, snacks, drinks etc.. Friendly and helpful staff.

Lovely food and drinks on offer at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and willing to help.

Staff very polite and courteous great selection of food and drink. If you vist Hampton Court Palace you must vist the Tiltyard Cafe or as an alternative the Privy Kitchen Cafe.

I like this place - cafe style but with good food. Can get crowded at weekend lunchtimes but we usually manage to find a table. Interesting salad bar and good hot meals.

Plenty of choice both for hot and cold food

Lovely and friendly with super helpful staff band a varied menu to suit all tastes. My coffee was superb, so were my sandwiches.

Great food worthy of Henry and Wolsey , good prices, great customer service and warm inside on a cold day outside, brilliant layout and well worth coming again ,cafe amongst the gardens and near the maze
