I found out about the brand Emmy London through an online fashion article. I invested in a few pairs a few years ago and my love affair with all things Emmy London was born! The shoes are so comfortable and elegant. I feel so special when I wear them. They exude class and the quality is exceptional. I highly recommend this brand is you want your feet to experience luxury. I have spent money on more well known brands but they don’t even come close to the remarkable comfort and quality that you feel while wearing an Emmy London shoe. I’m so impressed with this brand that on a recent business trip to London, I decided to check out the boutique in person. The staff was so helpful and attentive. I didn’t tell them that I was familiar with the brand. They were so accommodating. I must have been in the boutique for more than 2 hours. I tried on every heel height and so many different styles. While browsing through the boutique I was amazed at the gorgeous handbags that are part of the collection. Run don’t walk to the Emmy London boutique if you’re ever in London. You’ll never want to wear another brand of shoes ever again. And definitely invest in the handbag collection. They are exquisite! Enjoy the convenience of the online store just as I did initially. It’s fabulous! So many shoes and bags to choose from…AND…if you know any brides to be…send them to the site or store….the bespoke bridal shoes are beyond magnificent!

Just received my beautifully packaged Natasha Cutch Bag, all tied up with a bow! I ordered the Magenta colour and it makes me smile every time I look at it because it is so lovely! The quality of the bag is superb too.

Emmy was very friendly from the first time I met her at the shop. Despite the Covid-19 restrictions, she devoted ample of time during my appointment to ensure that I can find the perfect shoes for my wedding. She accommodated all my requests and I was very satisfied with the service I received. Also, my shoes arrived perfectly on time as promised without any delays. The shoes despite being high heels were so comfortable that really made my wedding day even more pleasant. Needless to say, that everyone loved my shoes. What an amazing experience purchasing my Wedding shoes from Emmy. The customer service was excellent and my shoes have far surpassed my expectations. The website photos do not do them justice. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Julia in the store. I popped in a month ago as I was walking past and she let me try on some shoes between her appointments. I have wide feet and used the bespoke service. The whole process was really easy and fuss free. Shoes were even posted to me to try on to see what size, type of heel etc. I love my wedding shoes and after the wedding got them dyed by the recommended supplier in the FAQ section on the website, I can now wear them again and again!

I found this company through an image search for my wedding shoes. What an amazing experience I have had with the service and quality of the shoe. I found a classic style with elegance that fit what I was looking for just perfectly to match my gown. I worked with Anna and she corresponded with me through all my questions, trying out a size (yes... they do that!!) to make sure I ordered the right one and then making the shoe for me. I would buy from them again and again!!

Emmy sent me sample shoes to try on in lockdown last year, and once the restrictions eased I visited the store and made the decision to buy a custom pair of wedding shoes. They are absolutely exquisite, and looked wonderful on the day.

I was looking out for a pair of occasion shoes and pretty specific with the style of shoes, sizing, materials, colour especially the comfortableness. Thank goodness, I came across with Emmy London!

I was initially skeptical on how the process is going to be as I am residing in Singapore. But Anna (Emmy London's team) was patiently and professionally responded and replied to all my queries and requests that including mailing out the colour swatches as well as insole sizing before ordering.

The Olivia Claret shoes safely arrived to my doorstep not long after I placed my online order. I'm in love with the colour and it's indeed comfortable!

My daughter and I walked into shoe heaven when we visited Emmy London. My daughter was looking for a pair of bridal shoes and with Hannah’s professionalism and patience my daughter fell in love with the Florence block ivory. Such a stunning and comfortable shoe we bought the Florence in black too :). Some weeks later we received a call from Hannah to advise that the shoes had been made and ready for collection. We were seen by Sian. The shoes were a perfect fit for my daughter. During that time I had found my mother of the bride dress and was looking for shoes to match. Sian was so kind and patient with me, I had tried on so many shoes as there are so many to choose from:). I eventually found the perfect shoes more me, I chose a bespoke pair in the Cinderella mid heels to match my dress.
