This wasn't the first time we ordered cake from 40 Cakes and must say always spot on flavour and creamy goodness from Napoleon to Honey cake .
At this time I ordered a pistachio mousse cake for my daughter's birthday and Renata made just the best cake ever for us, everyone was so much amazed by the taste of creamy not so sweet intence flavour of pistachio, seriously we never had such tasty dessert. Thank you very much making our day special ☺

I’ve ordered a honey cake with design for my friend. The communication was a bit slow first, BUT… The cake was so beautiful! And each bite was a burst of joy! Must say it was the best honey cake I’ve ever had :)

I got a box of macarons today. O M G all I can say is they were the best macarons Ive ever had. And Ive tried a lot of macarons. He gave me a passion fruit one to try as I wasnt sure of the flavour and he was right. INCREDIBLE. Thankfully I dont live too local or Id be there all the time !!!!

This is my first second review on the same place. I had a slice of Austrian all nuts cake with chocolate ganache on top. It's so moist, fresh and full of nutty flavour also finish with dark chocolate taste, it's so yummy. It's pricey but definitely a treat once while.

Collected a Honey cake for my wife’s birthday, and it is delicious! Unbelievable, not too sweet, beautifully balanced. I can’t rate G and this lovely shop highly enough.

The walnut cake is the most delicious cake I've ever purchased. So many commercially-made cakes taste artificial and plastic-y, but the cakes here taste home-made and are out of this world. Couldn't recommend them more, well worth the price.

Wow ! Renata's cakes are incredible ! They melt in your mouth and are not too sweet( Renata uses natural ingredients and the cakes are reduced sugar - natural honey is used for sweetness ) I got the Raspberry honey 🍯 cake which was so tasty - the cake was soft and the cream was rich and thick ! The cheesecake was perfect 🥰 It was , again, not too sweet and I could taste the rich and creamy mascarpon and curd. I highly recommend visiting 40 Cakes and trying their creations , trust me , you will not be disappointed! I also bought some groceries and the owner was lovely and helpful ( very pleasant). 💯💯💯

I just want to thank Gediminas and Renata for their brilliant response when I asked them to make a raw vegan 60th birthday cake for my sister last weekend. Initially they didn't commit to making it, as they wanted to experiment and try out the recipe first, and only if they were happy with that would they proceed and make something to sell to me. Needless to say their test was a success, the cake was delicious, and my sister was delighted with it. I've used 40cakes previously for a special occasion when we needed 3 cakes (one 'normal', one vegan and one gluten-free) and would have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody. I'm so pleased they are in my neighbourhood!

Yesterday I bought a honey cake for my birthday. It was absolutely exquisite - fresh, light, not too sweet, delicious. The service I received was also great. The shop itself looks clean and smart. I will definitely come back. Thank you!

We arranged for a 70th joint birthday cake to be made for about 20 people. We agreed a cake with them comprising of fresh cream, fruit, chocolate around the outside and icing flowers on top.
It was spectacular!
We will be going back there for a
wedding anniversary cake early in the New Year!
Renata subsequently produced a fantastic 50th anniversary cake for 50 people of red velvet with fruit and cream.

Totally agree with everyone has given the 5 stars here. My favourite is the chocolate, black cherry honey cake, light, fluffy, fresh, it's so delicious. Even my friends who don't like cream has found their new favorite cakes!

We ordered 5 layer rainbow cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake was very soft and moist and all the guests loved it. Many asked for the baker's contact details which we gladly provided. Will definitely recommend if you're looking for an Indian style cake.

Had a cake for my daughters baby shower which is carrot cake and everyone said best cake they had eaten. Cake looked brilliant and tasted even better, would definitely recommend and use again

Excellent products and very good service! I've been twice now. The owners couple are lovely and very knowledgeable about their products. The gentleman is up to a good humoured banter and we had a good laugh with him while we were shopping. We loved the cannabis semi-pale beer!

Lovely local cake shop.
We pop there once in a while on weekends to buy a sweet treat for our children after visiting the Morden Hall Park as well as get some Baltic bread & other groceries.
Always greeted with a smile, small talk and helpful advice and suggestions.

IT IS AN AMAZING FINDING!to come accross this shop/bakery.Cakes all of them made from natural ingredient.Look for "Napoleon cake"it is my favourite one!.Tell u this, look no further.

Absolutely the BEST carrot cake ever. To be honest all the cakes looked just as delicious... I will be back to try them.
Very friendly service and great coffee too, well worth a visit.
