Friendly staff, Tasty coffees, feeling good to drink coffee here ☕ 🍪 🥐

Always served by a ginger guy with long hair short beard. Genuinely such a lovely person, so upbeat and kind to everyone he serves. Never seen someone give this much to a customer service role... Don't let him go!!!

No toast available on the breakfast offer. Very disappointing. Staff don't seem to want to order this in. Similar experiences in neighbouring Costa stores in South West London. With the exception of Costa , East Putney which is unrivalled in terms of availability and customer service!!

This is one of the best Coffee shops around this area and one of my favourite Costa coffees I go to.
The team there are brilliant, welcoming and friendly. They do brilliant work and the selection of drinks and food are great.
If you are heading for a tube journey of just coming back from one pop in and grab a take away or 5 mins to yourself with a drink of your choice and unwind.

Very helpful and most friendly team - we had the most delicious, flavoursome and amazing large hot chocolate - topped with cream and mini marshmallows 😋 thank you guy's - top notch.

Myself and my friend have been here multiple times now and every time we do we've been served by amazing staff. One to note is Annalisa who always greets us from the door with a cheery hello, and helps us get the order that is perfect for us. Absolute perfection 👌

Really friendly staff and a great range of food and drink. I just wish there were more indoor seating space - it gets busy after school and you can struggle to get a table. Other than this its a great place to socialize or grab a quick coffee to go.

The staff are all welcoming and friendly. The shop is kept very clean and tidy, and the coffee is always so good!

Live the products but lots of Mummies taking over huffi g a d puffing when I attempted to enter. Went to other door si as not to upset the precious mummies.!!!

If you don't like or for some other reasons don't feel like drinking your coffee at home , this Costa place will be a good choice by being a nice little spot near Colliers Wood station with friendly and smiley people working in.

So far, genuinely great customer service and I would definitely recommend as a place to catch up with long lost friends.
