My 12 year old dog was very sick recently, Leanne is really professional, kept us at ease and updated every step of the way. Medivet truly looks out for our dog's wellbeing. I would highly recommend Medivet to any pet parent - I would also like to mention their receptionist is very knowledgeable and helpful.

What a kind and thorough team. They treated my poorly dog with such care and went over and above to try and get to the bottom of what was wrong. It felt so reassuring that they were treating my pet like the very valued family member he most definitely is. Really recommend the team here.

Nikkiana Nicholas is a truly gifted veterinary surgeon and I feel reassured that my puppy is in safe hands with her. She is a kind, patient and an extremely knowledgeable and experienced vet and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

The whole team were great - my dog is very nervous in the vets so they did everything they could to help him and mean we could discuss his care. We saw the vet Abbie and she was ready to adapt to mean we could get through the appointment and give really good advice, including based on her own experience with her own dog who was experiencing something similar. Thank you for being so lovely on our first visit!

We have been using Medivet Kingston for around 12 years for our amazing dog Lulu who is a mixed staffy/Jack Russell who is an amazing 17.5 years old, a rescue dog from Battersea Dogs Home. We normally always ask for Nickianna but yesterday she was away on a well deserved break and so we had Abbie.

Abbie was also excellent, very caring and kind to Lulu, she was good to explain our treatment options and Lulu' managed to get a lot of treats in the process, so win win.... I really do rate this practice, Vets are not cheep but the service here is excellent and they have really helped us to claim most things back on our pet insurance. 5 star from me and 5 star wooof from Lulu each and every time.

Very knowledgeable staff who genuinely care for your pet and treat them as precious members of your family. Have been going to the Kingston practice for the last 7 + years and have always been given reliable, practical advice in layman terms. Caring, knowledgeable and reliable- what more could you ask for? I do and would recommend Kingston Medivet to everyone.

Vet is amazing , she’s a gem suggested ophthalmologist for my pablos eye surgery. Everything went really well and she called us to see how my dog is doing now. She knows what she’s doing and Care about her patients . We are going next week for Pablo and Luckys vaccination.

Medivet Kingston provides excellent service, we have used them for several generations of pets. We particularly value Nikkiana the vet. She is a compassionate and knowledgeable person who we trust with our pets welfare.

Excellent experience, kind, patient vet who really took an interest and made sure my dog was at ease. The staff were all very friendly too.

We have used this vet for the last 8 years mainly for vaccinations, health checks and the odd health issue. The service has always been friendly and informative. More recently our 20yr old cat wasn't well and after trying medication for a while it was sadly agreed to put him to sleep. Abbie and the nursing staff were so good and professional, explaining all the options. Although very busy they made the time for us. We even received a lovely personalised handwritten card from the team which was greatly appreciated. Thank you
