Deerbrook Surgery NHS GP Doctors

They're the best Dr's surgery. The receptionist staff are brilliant. One lady in the morning is very welcoming and happy, so polite. The other one helped me get out of a dark place (panic attack) 22nd January 2023 and stayed on the phone until she was happy I was ok.
Thank you, you're amazing.
The Dr's are patient with you and do their best.
Can't fault them.

I feel so fortunate to live near this surgery. All the staff are brilliant. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are all kind, patient and informative. I am always able to get a consultation for me or my son either on the econsult platform, by telephone or face to face. I feel that me and my family are well looked after and I am so grateful that this is my local practice. Thank you to all the team there.

My recent experiences and discussions with the Deerbrook Surgery physiotherapist and doctors have been have been of the highest order. I could not have asked for more. Reception staff are very pleasant and effective in their actions. The waiting area is quite large and well laid out. The surgery is invariably spotlessly clean.

Although the NHS is under pressure the Deerbrrok Surgery have always handle any queries I've had in a helpful manner, patience and empathy. The doctors make time to listen to you and are always very helpful.

My experience with this surgery was exceptional this week. Everything, from requesting an appointment, to seeing a doctor and leaving with a plan of action was handled with kindness, efficiency and care. I have only lived in West Norwood for a year and I am so grateful to have found a surgery like this. Special thanks to Helen, Dr Saleem and his medical student.

I am very pleased with the service and care provided to me at Deerbrook Surgery. I booked an econsult, the receptionist followed up with me because the doctor felt I needed a face to face consultation and scheduled my appointment. During the scheduling Angeline checked if I would be more comfortable with the available doctor. During my appointment Dr. Martial was patient and gave me all the time I needed. She explained everything and I felt much at ease in an otherwise stressful occasion.

Honestly the best GP practice I have ever belonged to. Fantastic service, really brilliant reception staff, doctors and nurses. I am so glad to be with this practice. It has been incredible for my son too. I would thoroughly recommend.

Emergency visit. I am visiting while on leave from job abroad. Internet search led me here. The excellent on-line comments drew me in. I was not disappointed. Everyone from Reception, the office/ practice manager the nice ( male nurse?) and the doctor were truly amazing, they were kind , understanding and went out of their way to solve my issue. NHS at its very best. I am very grateful and send huge thanks to every one in the office. (early 5th July. )

Very kind, caring and attentive staff, the receptionists are lovely. The nurses are really lovely and helpful. The doctors are always very friendly and concise. Especially Dr Nora, Dr Wright and Dr Saleem. Thank you all very much for your help. This GP practice is probably one of the best practices I’ve ever experienced/ been to! Would highly recommend :)

The people on the phone are very kind and always help you, and I almost never have to wait for a long time on the phone to be attended, The professionals, as well as the medical practitioners, always worry about the patient's health. In fact, it is the best GP I have used until now.

I honestly don’t have a single bad word to say about The Deerbrook Surgery! After joining a month ago when moving to the area, I have had nothing but exceptional service! The receptionists are all so lovely and helpful and everything is very quick at this Surgery, which I’ve never experienced at a London doctors! Thank you to all the lovely doctors, nurses and staff who make the experience so great! :)

Just changed to this GP recently, & honestly they are the best. Receptionist are so kind ! The doctors are so amazing, the patients are always smiling and lovely. Would definitely recommend this practice !

Super happy with this practice, the staff here are so wonderful, caring, professional and efficient when looking after their patients. A big special thank you to nurse Amber for being so kind, reassuring and gentle with all my vaccinations and answering all my questions. Would definitely recommend trying out this practice, it’s comforting knowing that you’re in good hands.

Really, enjoy being a patient of this surgery. Very authentic and understanding, very responsive and child friendly. Really value there support and attentiveness, mental, health, awareness and support groups so much variety and the online service is easy simple and very quick to use

Helen the receptionist goes above and beyond to help and she is always a positive voice at the end of the phone. Dr Wright and Dr Haque are two of the best doctors I ever had. Can't fault their service compared to many other surgeries. Id like to add that Linda the nurse is a fantastic lady. Had an appointment with her this morning and she really put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. I will miss her when she leaves.
