I have been coming here for a year now and absolutely love everything that is offered. My girls (8 and 14) love getting their mini manicures. The team are super friendly. I hope to keep coming to them for many years! P.s. prices are affordable.

I had a lovely experience. Sheilmi cut my hair and Reshma did my nails. Lovely results and I will definitely be coming back for my hydra facial with Reshma.

Shalini is very good, diligent and has an excellent work ethic. She does not finish until she is happy that the job has been finished to excellent standards and that the client is happy. Had a pedicure and eyebrows threading ( I usually go to Selfridges) and would definitely revisit for her only.
Not sure about the standards of the other lady who works on Wednesdays, had to ask Shalini to redo my toe nails shaping and callus removal. She redid it as it should have been done.

The staff here are lovely and very attentive, always trying their best to keep everyone happy. I witnessed a customer be rather rude and impatient today to the beautician who kindly offered to fit her in although she did not have a booking - she handled it very gracefully and professionally. I will be coming back again for sure, thank you for the pretty nails and wax.

Shalini did a great job on my hair cut this evening. She gave me a lovely scalp massage when washing my hair. I'll be back when it's time for my next haircut.

I was very happy with nail service, especially with beautician Sneha ( I hope so it's her name) who was so generous,polite and professional, she manage to squeeze my additional request for eyebrows shaping even she was working on her own while accommodating other demanding bookings.

It’s my go to place for mani-pedi and eyebrows. I strongly recommend this place. I’ve been going to smart look beauty salon for 1 year now and I must say it’s the best place I’ve ever been to. It is a very clean place, staff is very kind and professional, and above all their services are the best. I was very scared to eyebrow threading initially as I always preferred waxing over threading but the lady who did my threading was so gentle. It didn’t hurt at all.

Claire is amazing! My balayage is perfect and exactly how I wanted it! I was recommended to go to her at
“Smart look beauty”by a friend for balayage and am so glad she did! I always thought my hair was difficult to colour, but Cleire got it spot on! She put so much care and effort into it. She was also very patient with my indecision about colours. This salon isn't local to me, and I would definitely trek the journey to come back and highly recommend coming here for colouring!
