Rachel Entworth is probably one of my most favourite jewellery brands. They have the most eloquent designs and unique features. Great range of styles too and the best quality. Wonderful brand with THE most amazing customer service! I saved up for quite some time to be able to buy a solid gold ring - the RE team (both in store and over email) were so incredibly helpful with a couple of queries I had before making the order. And when the ring arrived and was a little too tight (my own fault) they were straight on it with organising for it to be re-sized. Through the whole process I felt the team were completely dedicated to getting everything spot on for me...they really did provide an exemplary service, from the quick responses over email, to the hand-written note I received with the return order.

Rachel’s ‘Eclipse Stacking Ring’ was one of the very first rings I found whilst searching for my engagement ring. After many more searches I kept coming back to this ring and just had a sense it was THE one! Not only because the ring is stunning and beautifully crafted but also because every piece Rachel curates has been considered, has meaning, and a beautiful story to tell which is something I completely resonate with. We then began correspondence as I live in West Yorkshire and visited the shop this weekend for the first time. I purchased a Ouroboros Snake Ring in Silver, I ordered a larger size so it was made to order. The customer service has been excellent each time i gave made contact I have had helpful assistance. The ring arrived and it beautiful unfortunately it is a little big so the customer service team have agreed to make a smaller size and swap the two rings. I highly recommend Rachel Entwistle jewellery not only is it beautifully made it is also ethical.

We bought our wedding rings here. Rachel and the team were extremely attentive and answered all our questions. We chose two of the wedding bands (geo and moon phases) which were adapted to our needs. They are both stunning and fit absolutely perfectly. We're both over the moon (pun intended)!

Rachel Entwistle is my all time favorite jewellery designer, and her flagship store in Shoreditch is an absolute gem, definitely pop in if you’re in the area! The team are so friendly and helpful. The store’s vibe is relaxed, welcoming and enchanting. A real London oasis filled with beautifully made treasures! I’ve had several pieces custom made over the years; the ordering process has always been effortless, and the results have been beyond my expectations. Rachel’s designs are timeless, and are imbued with rich significance and meaning. I always get complimented on my gold turquoise ring and different gold necklaces! I love wearing my various RE pieces, I feel like they are an extension of me, they feel natural and are all well made so last a long time!
I also appreciate the store’s ethical stance. This place is always a buzz during design week if you are around, with fun creative workshops, music and collaboration with other local makers as well all happening at the RE store.

The bonus with Rachel Entwistle is their staff. They are extremely helpful with fast email responses and go above and beyond to help and get the gift on time. Gintare recently personally dropped off a replacement earring (lost!) and a new ring personally because I had explained it was for an anniversary!

I bought the 18ct version of the four elements ring as my wedding ring and I absolutely love it. The subtle design is perfect. I love how slender the ring is as it's much more flattering than more traditional designs and the fit is perfect.

Both times I was in the shop the staff were lovely and spent time helping me with the choice and with my order.

This is the best quality and design jewellery you’ll find. I have been wearing Rachel’s jewellery for many years and adding to my collection whenever I can. I really like this store. They helped me create my dream ring and upon ordering a last minute gift the store clerk Adelaide helped me run it out to an uber - which was clearly not her responsibility! Very pleased and will continue to shop here for unique gifts.
