Great little hardware store where you can find pretty much everything if you’re doing a bit of reno. Yes the prices are a bit high but it’s a small, local store, and avoids having to drive all the way to B&Q. Owners are super helpful and give good advice.

One things is that the timetable on Google Maps is not accurate. They seem to close at 1730, not 1800 during the week.

Excellent service from the shop owner who went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed. Small businesses like this are what keeps our high streets attractive.

I love this proper hardware store. The owner is knowledgeable and LOVELY. I buy household products at a premium vs the Sainsbury's down the road because I so appreciate having a real hardware store locally and want to make sure he stays there!

The owner is very helpful and friendly. I would go here regularly for work to pick up maintenance pieces. He is on the expensive side, but when you are in a crunch and don't want to walk/bus to B&Q, he will do.

Excellent service and knowledge from the owner. I needed some keys cut in an emergency and a replacement fridge filter. Got the keys instantly and the advice that i got for the filter was top.

Helpful , friendly classic little shop of everything ... found myself in need of a few bits when working on a site locally , rang up and the owner identified what I needed and had it ready for me ten minutes later when I arrived . Brilliant
