Cinnamon, Cakes and Kitchen

Would highly recommend these cakes. We had a joint birthday so ordered an 18" x 14" cake. It went down well, everyone enjoyed it and said how light the sponge was and especially delighted with the fresh cream. 2nd time we've used the shop and would go again.

The cake, was lovely but it is the experience I wish to share. I am in Canada and wished to send my lovely niece a cake sight unseen and with no clue who to trust. I took on to Cinnamon and Kitchen Bakery and they took took on me. Within a few days I was able to iron out the details and have the cake delivered on time and on my nieces' birthday. THEY WERE AMAZING! Accommodating me even with a 5 hour difference between us. I think one email came in at 2:00 a.m. their time! I am truly impressed as they went beyond my expectations. They will definitely hear from me again and I highly recommend them for your dessert needs.

Very happy with the 2 last minute cakes I ordered for my Twins birthday. I sent them 2 pictures of what I wanted the cakes to look like and the results were better than what I asked for. Very helpful, polite and friendly. Great communication. I have recommended this company to my family and friends. Definitely ordering all cakes from them as long as they are open. X

Placed an order and collected the same day. Cake was made in the shop fresh and tasty. The cake was for a surprise birthday celebration for 2 friends and everyone who had a taste of it, enjoyed it. Would definitely patronize them again. Great customer service and nice clean shop i might add!

I had such a great experience in Cakes and Kitchen today. After being disappointed about a cake topper I had ordered for my niece from another company, I walked into this shop and met a kind gentleman( unfortunately I forgot to get his name) who agreed to make a decorative writing free of charge! What a kind gesture, there's still decent, generous people after all:)

OMG this place is amazing on all levels, so much better than the generic cake/coffee shops out there. The service is warm and welcoming, the aesthetic is clean and inviting. The cakes are fluffy, moist, fresh and naturally flavoured. Unashamedly I have had a variety of their cakes and have not been disappointed at all, in fact I have been pleasantly surprised everytime as they are so tasty and the icing on the cake is their prices are so reasonable and do not break the bank. I am so happy my husband introduced me to Cinnamon Cakes.

I had the chance to go in the shop. Extremely clean environment to come and have coffee with a slice of cake. The cake was fresh and soft, melts in your mouth.
Was severed by beautiful young lady named NIMRA. Her customer service skills were spectacular. She made me as well as the other customers feel welcomed. Looking forward to going back into the shop and seeing her and trying their cakes. Great Job.

I have walked past so many times and looking through the window at the delicious cakes. I finally bought a birthday cake from them and it was awesome. The sponge was lovely and moist cream was fresh. Glad I went in there now also friendly helpful customer service. Every time I go past the shop it is spotlessly clean.

On Sunday I decided to pop in to the bakery after walking by countless times and daydreaming about how nice the cakes may be. I am 100% glad that I finally went & got my cakes. They were perfectly delicious and worth every penny. Great customer service also. Thank you very much

Have ordered 2 cakes in the last 2 weeks, daughters baby shower and birthday cake for my mum. Both were spectacular, very pleased. Reasonably priced and first class service. I would highly recommend.

I got a cake for my partner on her birthday, and to my honest surprise cake was affordable and the best part is that it was delicious. The cake melts in your mouth, very light and butter cream was divine. I do recommend and will be going back there soon.

The cake I got from this shop was delicious, with a delectably soft sponge which just melts in the mouth. The shop was clean with exceptionally friendly service. 10/10 would recommend; if you haven’t tried yet you’re definitely missing out.

I had the pleasure of discovering this lovely cake shop in Catford a couple of days ago.
What drew me in was the splendid array of stunning cakes in the display window.
Walking into the shop, the first thing that I noticed was how clean it was - from the spotless floor to the pristine table tops.
I had a slice of freshly made chocolate gateau. It was rich, incredibly moist and melt-in-your-mouth scrumptious.
And I was served with a smile on top of it all.
I met the lovely hosts Nimra, Noreen and little adorable Anna.
I highly recommend this cake shop.

Made a fantastic Paw Patrol cake for my son’s first birthday party in just under a week. I showed them a picture and it was replicated perfectly and also tasted amazing! Would highly recommend.!
