M father was kept in Royal Brompton Victoria for his lungs. They look after him better than his family do at home!

I have been going to the Heart and Lung Day Unit for over 6 years now and the staff are Amazing. From the hospital transport, admin, the tea lady, cleaners, nursing staff and Dr's ...... They all deserve a medal 🏅

They are the most caring and kind people from the consultants to the nurses and cleaning and kitchen staff .I have always been treated kindly .

You need Experts? Closely looked after me for years and years and years up until 2012. Can seem a bit of a big place when you very first attend - esp as a young adult/suburban general patient as it has a big patient base. But take time with it and communicate on a level with the teams there and it swiftly becomes clear the medical staff of all grades are incredibly knowledgeable, reasonable and most importantly kind. They like a challenge too!
Have (from which my experience stemmed) since been re-located from Foulis Ward 2011 thanks to even more specific circumstances and by that time they'd become like a second family to me (and my family!). If you'd want to find fault with small things you could but they'd be ancillary and are totally workable. The staff there are as amenable and genuine as possible - busy yes, but their hearts are in it for the long run generally!
The Brompton is without a doubt one of the most specialised, capable and dedicated in the world. The hospital's ICU unit is also outstanding and those staff are **incredible**.
The Brompton treats many types of conditions even within its specialism of Heart & Lung status. If you ever get a chance to be treated here... Jump at it and grab it with both hands!! It might be the ticket you may need..

The paediatric team is amazing. Son has been with Dr. Rigby for good 8 years now and the level of care is outstanding!

First rate treatment for complex and challenging cardiac, pulmonary and thoracic conditions. Been a patient here 45 years and counting. They're the reason I'm alive.

The staff are so dedicated and nothing is too much trouble. Been a Respiratory PT for over 10 years under Mr Menzies Gow and they do work miracles

Been attending this hospital for years , the dedicated Dr Abdullah looked after me for many years he taught me how to manage my lung condition, cannot praise him enough.

Absolutely terrible cancelled the appointment and forgot to inform the patient that it was cancelled. Travelled for three hours by car there then back not impressed. To be informed that the hospital still send the texts and letters out even when appointment cancelled but don't notify patients directly what is going on ?
